My sublimation keychain blankets keep chipping . Is there any kind of clear seal protectant that I can apply to the keychain after I sublimate my image so it doesn’t chip off?
Hi there, iv been having some issues with my Sublimation rounds turning out. The ink after I press it and it transfers, comes out blended together or runs really bad. Idk what to do, iv searched the issue for days and there were a few different times and temp recommendations and iv tried them all. Still not working and turning out like it should. Maybe I’m pressing to hard??
Hi! This is a great question and I am so sorry that is happening. That is so frustrating and I hope we can get this all figured out for you! What kind of press are you using? What is your time and and temp?
Oh no!! I am so sorry that happened! I just barely spray it really lightly. Also try and reduce the pressure. It sounds like it may have been too much spray and pressure? Let me know if there is anything I can help you with!
Key chains look great, but did you mirror them.?? I find that if they don’t have a background they scotch a bit around the white background.❤❤
Thank you so much. I have been trying to figure out why no one else mentioned the tape marks.
What size did you make your image
Thanks for sharing! I will try the spray adhesive because the tape melted onto an image previosuly.
Did you preheat the blanks?
Good day. Please help. My sublimation color looks correct when printed but on the blank is either not the same color or the gray is pink
Did you mirror the images?
Did your key chains have a clear protective film that needed to removed?
Hi! Yep! Sublimation blanks will always have a clear plastic protector on it. So you want to make sure you peel that off before sublimating

This is a great question! You can put some UV resin on it to help strengthen in

What are the sizes for the circle ones?
They are 2 Inch circle so I always do 2.1x2.1 so there is a little overlap and I don't have to worry about missing a spot
I tried this method and all of them stuck so that the whole keychain is covered with paper😭
