Thanks to Mr. Kimble, Zach (The abused kid) gained some confidence. He went from being outcast, to being a winner in the situp challenge, to a leader of the pack. Plus.... its pretty cool how Mr. Kimble stands up for him
Movies like this reminded you of what was right in the 90s. We did not have social media yet. Kids played with each other. Our outlook in life was optimistic even though there were trying times. We had feel-good movies like this that did not need expensive CGI, and only needed a very simple relatable story. What is the last feel-good movie you recently remember? See if you ask me, Social media and the internet made life toxic.
Life was always toxic the only difference when people did something bad against you in the real life you just walked away and when you met them again you remembered their face and kept your distance. Social media would be fine if there would be a site where you could register only with your ID number and picture and everything what you would told would remain there, nothing could be deleted and even if you edit your comment because of a spelling mistake the original comment would remain there. In this case we could avoid the toxic people just like we do in real life, because all the commenter would recognizable from the start. You see a guy, you know he is dishonest or like to use logical fallacies during argument or he is just a troll, you gonna know about it before you even start to read his comment. This would be the perfect solution. Social media is not bad, it is just bad in its current state.
Also, this is how kids look like, true innocence without exposure to social media. Now kids talk like the adults they see on tik tok etc it's just... Not cute and looks fake too (i'm sorry)
I mean, you always think the adults are crazy when you're younger and then you go "Oh. No, I get it." But what actually is so good about this particular movie is you sit around going "Man, I wish Arnie was my teacher" and if you were around that age when it came out (I'm a bit younger,) it was like a fantasy - similar to _Last Action Hero_ and being a teenager.
Well, once you let yourself accept ergo enter a kid's universe, the magic starts. It can't be the other way around. I was one of those silly adults that used to believe children should adapt to us, be "mini versions" of us. WRONG. A kid's mind, his/her interior universe, is a work of the most purest art... if one is willing to become the apprentice and listen for some minutes. Formalizing and stuff can wait. Yes, limits are important. But not for their creativity and their incredible hability to be spontaneous. That's one of the things I respect the most from children: living the present as PRESENT. That's one of the things we could (and should) learn from kids.
At leazt Zach started talking 2 his friends and Mr Kimble....itz becuz Mr Kimble took care of the situation an probably the father is no longer at home with the mom an Zach...
5:16 Kid with fingers in his ears. I'm sick of this song help help we have been here for 3 hours. How many animals does old mcdonald even have. Oh please don't say Duck that's 4 ducks already. NOO!
You could tell Arnie had a great time working with the kids.
Arnie himself even said that it was his top movie of performing in
@@Thorax7x686 Now he'll be like this with his 5 year old grandchild.
The little girl dancing in the end is so cute.

The scene when the kids cry and chase the ambulance after the shooting always brings a tear to my eye.
I know its just a movie.
Same. I was these kids' age when they made this movie. 😂I can't believe we're all in our early 40s now. 😊

The last feel-good movie for me would be 'Up In The Air'. You are a parenthesis

2024, these children are all 40 now.
You are alright. In that year. I was five years old. Now I am nearly to 39.
This montage makes this classroom feel more like a gym class than a kindergarten class.
This scene in particular is so adorable!!I love!!❤❤
Best. training. montage. EVER.
“It’s not a toomah!”
As a kid I thought he was crazy. As an adult I completely understand now
We all learn right?
As an adult, you should also stop using this outdated word ''crazy'' that is mostly used as a slur these days.

TY. I was trying to remember what other movie that I saw her in.
Modern day men & women could use some of Arnold's discipline.
If it happened now it's considered child abuse and they would be facing charges
Wish some of them would find this and comment.
