I learn so much from you. I love the allegory of the diamond, I am feeling the pressure of living in these days. I wore a cameo pinkie ring for years and wore the face away. Oops 😬
22:14 So my story relates to the story you are telling here. 22:14 I was at a tourist attraction store and purchased a package of jelly-bean type candies that looked EXACTLY like real stones. One day I accompanied my friend to an independent jeweler where she was having her wedding ring designed. This was a perfect opportunity to bring out the small bag and present it to the jewelry asking if anything inside looks like something valuable. Before I gave him the bag, I took one of the stone looking candies out and bit into it. I could not have gotten a better surprised look on his face! He thought it was so funny, he took the bag back to his colleague to show. I will never forget that and he probably didn’t either.
I have to say that using the sea glass pendant 1:02 as a sun catcher is a good idea if you have the chance to see it and enjoy it every day. Then, when you want to wear it take it down and put it on.
Hi Sandra! Love the Lion! My sister bought me a sea-glass charm bracelet for my birthday in the 90s, but the artist’ sterling soldering work could not hold up to the weight of the glass pieces waggling around on the bracelet and it broke 😢. Your large pendant shows a substantial base of silver that frames and holds the glass together, looks pretty sturdy. Cheers and can’t wait to see more from the antique store.
I think it looks more like a Mexican fire opal. I *had* one just like that which fell off the chain somewhere 😢. I still think about it every day. They're quite expensive and hard to replace, especially without matrix. I also suspect that the ring with the big blue stone might be a sapphire. The stone on the Israeli bracelet is likely Eilat, a local stone from copper mining. As usual a beautiful selection. TFS ❤️🏏🎸

That pressure thing happens for sure, hang in there! That's crazy about wearing your ring's face out! Thanks so much for watching!!
That is a perfect word, “allegory”. I could use that word in so many instances of my life, but then people would ask me what it means. 😊
I love all the pieces! The Mod ring really brought back memories ❤

Beautiful Jewelry!
Thank you so much!
I love the things you find! I think the large cross has been sand cast. Possibly the second largest one has been also.
Thanks for the info and thanks for watching!
That sea glass sterling pendant would make an awesome suncatcher on car rearview mirror ✨Too luxe for that use but would be gorgeous❣️
I think you’re right about that!
