- Rachel Nichols, Paul Pierce and Tracy McGrady of The Jump play "Make or Miss," discussing a sick move from Luka Doncic in Mavs vs. Rockets, a baby making an appearance in Giannis Antetokounmpo's post-game press conference, Mario Hezonja making a surprising move in Knicks vs. Cavaliers, and PJ Tucker failing to shoot after an impressive crossover ankle breaker on Doncic. They then (2:09) head to "Run It Back," showing the best/worst unfinished ankle breakers ever, including Brandon Jennings on Stephen Curry, Eric Bledsoe on Jared Cunningham, Deron Williams on Jason Terry, Jarrett Jack on Metta World Peace, and Dwyane Wade on Raja Bell. T-Mac then protests the exclusion of Pierce getting his ankles broken by Jameer Nelson, and later in the show gets producers to include the crossover clip.

Pierce took that like a champ...I love it when athletes can laugh at themselves. They know they are already at a much higher level of play compared to the average joe, so when they mess up and laugh about it, it’s even better for us.
Most of those crosses weren't even crosses. Majority of the players lost their balance or tripped. Half of them are jokes. Notice why the main ones getting attention are the people that fell and not the people doing the crossing.

This is also a very nice reflection on LeBron James' greatness and understanding of the game. To me, LeBron is one of the few exceptions in which the lesser skilled team wins because of one player. T-Mac was a great scorer, but he couldn't life his teams to win against better teams like LeBron did consistently in his prime. I remember the press conference when Houston lost to the Jazz in seven games. T-Mac was crying, trying to explain that he really tried and did his best. He has my greatest respect as a basketball player. Great scorer, but scoring isn't everything.
