Rewatching this animatic (after 10 months) while making another one (and while attending art classes). I'll say that my artstyle has evolved (idk if I'm happy about it, but it changed! XD)
Adrien has been locked in his own house for his whole life, when he is Chat Noir he feels a lot more brave than when he’s Adrien especially talking about how he is the “golden child” of Paris and he has a lot of pressure in his shoulders. Compared to when he’s Chat Noir he can be as reckless as he wants because he can be hisself with a new identity. That’s why Adrien doesn’t know how to deal with a crush in his normal life, it’s obvious he likes Marinette but he uses the “just a friend” excuse because he is too scared to open up as Adrien compared to as Chat Noir. This is just a message because I know a lot of people are angry because of him lol :)

Wouldn't it be hilarious if Hawkmoth and Mayura had ship battles? Like Mayura shipped Ladynoir and Adrienette and Hawkmoth shipped Lukanette and Adrigami and that's the real reason Hawkmoth doesn't like Adrien hanging out with any of his friends except Kagami because he wants to see his ships sail. And the real reason Mayura joined up with Hawkmoth is so that she can cause more trouble so that at least one of her ships (Ladynoir) can sail. I'm making a comic of this now.
