一个县级市，街道上是如此的干净整洁。
甘孜州的首府，不能算是县级市。不过，川西的任何一个高原小城如小金、丹巴、德格、甘孜等都干净整洁。

中国现在各地的街道都挺干净的，连农村都搞得很干净。
还是有很多脏的地方，我去过不少地方。比如四川盆地内丘陵地区的很多小镇，房子和路都是又破又烂。藏区主要吃财政转移房子和路都修的很好很新。反而普通山区没啥钱，年青人都走光了，发展不起来。
