Going on one of my favourite hikes in Alpbach

This week I'd like to take you on one of my favourite hikes in Alpbach, which is a tour along the Sagtaler Spitzen (Sagtaler Peaks). With only 577m elevation gain (because I was lazy and took the gondola up), it's relatively easy, though offers amazing views and a cold beer at a wonderful hut at the end.

Be advised that you shouldn't do this hike if you're scared of heights and feel uncomfortable in a via ferrata.

Great video - best I have seen of this walk, one which I have also enjoyed doing many times when staying in pretty Alpbach. The trickiest bit is coming off the back of the Tapenkopf, and the summit of the Gamskopf always makes for a fine picnic spot. Invariably a quiet one too.
