That was the best introductory on both places that you've ever done fantastic only one part of the beginning during your challenge when you was eating your food was the mic was weak and I had a hard time hearing you other than that everything was perfect keep up the good work
I would think the weighing would be more accurate if they zeroed out the scale and kept the bowl on the scale while they scooped the fish and put it in. Yum Poke. I love eating poke on hot days. The desserts look amazing too.
