Beautiful house but so many little stairs...trip hazard. Also there's a possible drainage issues outside this house. Noticed that the ground at the side and backyard is higher than the house. It looks like its a water catch basin. When it rains water has no way to go but towards the house unless theres a proper drainage. I can tell by just looking at the parking lot, theres a lot of moss growing indication of standing water and poor drainage.

It’s a beautiful designed house by Filipino Architect. But don’t compare and don’t use Indonesia as a model. Filipinos design is far better.
That's not a modern house. The house has no Identity, it has a lot of mix design. Exterior design compared to its Interior is a bit off, including the colors. Interior fit out is of the 80's, it may not feel like they were that long ago. But definitely when we look at how our home design and decor trends have evolved, it becomes much more evident on how old the design is. The good thing though is that I can see that the house was built pretty sturdy, and overall still an appealing house.
Just because the design of the house isn’t to your liking doesn’t mean it’s done in poor taste. Every house has a character that reflects the owner’s style preferences and individuality. If you dont like it, at least have the decency to respect the owner and the presenter, and not Judge it as having “no identity.” It’s not a modern house? You seem to be confused with the term modern and mistook it to refer to style. So you mean only houses designed in the last 10 years are modern? Your own house today will no longer be modern 10 years from now, if I follow your flawed logic. “Modern”refers to materials, technology and systems used in the design and construction of the house and not aesthetics. Stylistically it can be modern zen, modern contemporary, modern Mediterranean, etc…but modern nevertheless whether built in 80s, 90s or today. Also exterior and interior design of a house don’t have to be the same which you seem to imply when you said “a bit off.” Many themed subdivisions prescribe a particular exterior style for uniformity but for the interiors, they leave it to the owners what they prefer. So exterior and interior dont need to match just like your dress and underwear dont have to match. I hate it whenever people make comments just to say something but don’t add anything meaningful to contribute to our collective knowledge.
