"Most people cannot heal because they won't give themselves permission to feel." Amen Pastor. That was me. Always played the nice one ; smiling, friendly and agreeable to my own detriment. Expected those close to me "to know" how I truly felt. It was only when I sat with my true feelings instead of running away from them that I began to heal. I'm grateful to God always.

Wow also people have been making me feel like I’m not allowed to miss my husband because he was a narcissist or be sad about our no contact through a domestic violence case! I thought God didn’t want me to feel the pain of losing my marriage and kids dad but today I sat down to read and God showed me 2 Samuel where King David finds out about king Saul and Jonathan death and David fasted and mourning he wept and Saul was a narcissist trying to kill him! Just amazing Glory to God The Lord is loving understanding and kind patient and wants us to heal truly in a healthy way!❤️🔥🔥🔥

I am struggling from healing a broken heart because of a situationship that i never expected will put me through this pain i am feeling few months now. I am trying so hard to let go and move on from this person but everytime i am doing it i find myself looking back and asked myself what has gone wrong. I have faith in God and when I came accross with this channel last yr and since i am always watching or listening on the preaching and teaching by pastor RC Blakes. I am a filipina working here in kuwait and at this very moment i am so moved by this preaching that i am crying my heart out to give me the courage to move on and forget behind everything with acceptance that everything happened was designated by God and that i need to trust with all my heart in the process whatever it might bring me it is God's will. My lord. I was hurting so bad still am but I decided to come to terms with it. Although people may never acknowledge the hurt they caused you. I will acknowledge my pain and seek help from Lord Jesus 🙏
I will get counselling soon too. I have to heal can't hold onto it no more it's worse when its people who are close to you who can't admit.

Steps to healing emotionally
1. Accept that you feel what you feel
(Don't allow anyone to talk you out of how you feel)
2. Stop trying to work through your emotional trauma (by staying busy and ignoring by your pain and issues) Slowdown & settle in a still place with God and expose to God what's bothering you 🙏
3. Focus on personal improvement
4. Settle into acceptance some things change some things don't
5. Release every offender
6. Trust that God has a master plan for your life! ( No matter how it looks currently)

Society has conditioned us to feel guilty for our fears, doubts, and insecurities
Articulate what you feel make no apologies for doing so especially if you're expressing yourself in grace and honor conflict is naturally uncomfortable as long as you are not operating in sin you are free to express what feel! It's better to express it than hold it in!
Feelings are designed to pass through us; They can never exit until they are acknowledged When you acknowledge your feelings God moves in! Barriers to our emotional healing is too tied to the opinions & thoughts of people! We have to get to a point where we don't care PERIOD! Our healing matters more 💕
Anyone that can't handle your healing process is not designed for your future

That you may be healed 🕊 The prayers of a righteous man are powerful and effective 🙏

You cannot marry history and then go on a date with destiny❣💯
If you want to go into your destiny you have to divorce your history!
