Usagi and Minako assertively question Haruka about her relationship with Michiru. Both Usagi and Minako think Haruka is a boy at this point.
Haruka has realized they've both mistaken her for a boy, and at one point, she affectionately teases Minako by flirting with her.
By the end of the episode, both Uasgi and Minako find out that Haruka is actually a girl. Minako is shocked and disappointed because she wanted Haruka as her boyfriend. Usagi admits that Mamoru, her boyfriend, was better from the beginning. - ภาพยนตร์และแอนิเมชัน

It's no wonder they've got the hots for Haruka. LOL (aside from the fact that haruka looks like a pretty boy) - I'm a heterosexual (straight) woman and Haruka's voice (which is done by a woman) actually sounds pretty damn hot to me.

The other possibility is that the translation is a little off, and that what is actually being asked is "Are you Michiru's boyfriend?" and "Is Haruka your boyfriend?" To which both H&M can honestly answer, "No."
After all, Haruka is a woman, and thus not anybody's boyfriend. Even if she does look like a young Leonardo DiCaprio.
Bahahaha I love how Usagi copies Minako throughout the first half... That's right! Minako's the original senshi! lol

Lol great scene. Except there is one eensy little problem. Minako may look disappointed, but she isn't for long. What's terribly ironic is that all of the Sailor senshi develop crushes on Haruka, and Usagi, Minako and Makoto end up having severe ones even after discovering that she's a girl. Usagi and Haruka have actually kissed, and Haruka calls her koneko-chan, which meets kitten. Makoto has some sort of admiration for her that isn't really romantic, but it still looks that way. Very cute. :)

@phicubed I have access to some Hamtaro/Tottoko Hamutaro eps, and some aren't as good quality as others. Could the same quality enhancement be done to them?
Actually it's a modified .avi from a torrent. I spent a few hours tweaking the video and audio in Sony Vegas, VirtualDub and Audacity. I increased the videos resolution for TH-cam HQ. I passed it through a few tweaked plugins in Vegas and VirtualDub.
If I had your DVDs I could make HD SM videos for TH-cam.

@mryarzca yeah that scene is my favorite too. When they go to the game center and they looking for Haruka and she's standing rightin front of them. Because of her wearing the blazer most the times they never realized she was a girl. So the look on their faces when they realize she's a girl, PRICELESS!! LOL

Here's a creepiness factor for you. Megumi Ogata also voices Shinji Ikari from Neon Genesis Evangelion, and Kotono Mitsuishi, Usagi's seiyuu voices Misato Katsuragi. Misato is essentially a 29 year old version of Usagi hardened by battle and the loss of loved ones, and she has a crush on Shinji, who's only 14. How's that for mindscrew? XD

Who is a mentally disturbed boy who looks and acts like a girl, and even resembles one from another anime, Nadia: The Secret of Blue Water. Kotono Mitsuishi (Usagi) voices Misato Katsuragi, a 27 year old blue haired Usagi who has a crush on the Shinji character even though he's fourteeen. So make what you will of that. XP

Basically, Mina and Usagi wanted to know if Haruka has a realationship with Michiru, she says yes, but they still have a chance. Then Michiru comes along and Mina and Usagi basically asks the same thing, to which Michiru replies the same as Haruka. Mina and Usagi are excited, but Mina yells at Usagi that she already has Mamoru.
Just my interpretation, though I don't think I'm too off the mark...slightly, maybe. In any case, Mina and Usagi think Haruka is a guy which makes the scene hilarious.

Lol, just started watching S a few days ago. What episode is this, btw? Oh and those two blonde koneko-chan need to be careful, Michiru's gonna get hopping jealous if they aren't careful. Oh and Haruka should probably try to avoid getting on Rei's bad side too, messing around with her 'blonde hime-chans', that gets Haruka a nice Fire Soul in the butt, lol. (if you haven't already guessed I ship Rei with both Minako AND Usagi. Oh yes...)
