I love how Han Wenqing just throw salt on the injury after owning him.
Sadly, this part was cut off.
The name of protagonist is Ye Qiu（叶秋）which comes from a Chinese idiom（一叶知秋）.The idiom means when you see a fallen leaf then you will know autumn is coming.So his name is nice and meaningful.
And his past account name (The one he was forced to give away) was One Autumns Leaf
Hmm... its good to see a similarity, I got somthing
Along those lines as well just being a winner is nothing

Theres a live action of kings avatar on Netflix. In the LA he fights the guy that is using autumn leaf and uses that move on him to show the guys hes still the boss. In LA most of the high rankers knew he was in the audience
So they changed the story? :D

@@skullrulz3551 it's not bad, I enjoyed it. I'm at the point where they make the team and appearently the mc has a twin brother. Took a break from watching it to watch other things but I'll finish it soon.
The twin brother thing is actually canon. It's in book which the anime and LA are based off.

Let's be honest, it would be pretty confusing for the anime if the new guy kept using Autumn Leaf that still looks a bit like the original owner.
In the live action serie, i don't recall this happening.
As for the manga, it happened the same. Changed hair style. Both in-game avatar and irl (from Black hair to blonde)

@@Stormz-JC It's not because of age. It is because he isn't accepting sponsorships and stuff as the captain, so when his stats went down, they decided to replace him. Since he spent all his money to help others, the grey hair dude knew it and made him accept the contract by forcing him to retire (Players cannot return to professional stage after 1 year.) because he cannot afford to pay the fines as he breached the contract.
Edit: As for the reasons why he isn't accepting sponsorships will lead me to spoil y'all.

if they do i'm not sure how they will, the ova skipped a large portion so it's unclear if the anime would start inbetween anime and ova, overtaking the ova, or just start after the ova

Nope, this was a 3 episode OVA from last year. Season 2 has been pushed back and afaik should be due out around November assuming there are no other setbacks.
