The mom, like I guessed, she’s judging Mhok so bad based on his past that she forgot and didn’t realize what Day truly wants and needs; I love so much of the best lines that Day delivered during that scene at the end with his mom! Mhok’s eyes and facial expressions when he confessed about his conviction in the past, from his eyes we can tell he’s so scared that Day would also judge him just like others and then not want him to be his caretaker anymore, but no! That’s what I said in earlier episodes, Day won’t judge Mhok, because Day himself is being judged and been pity on by others too; literally Day is going through similar feelings so he understands Mhok more than anyone else, even though their struggles are different, but the pain, the scared feelings are the same!😎🤭and then the relieved look on Mhok’s face when Day said “So? What’s that got anything to do with my caretaking?!”🥺 that moment, I think what Day said will make Mhok fall for him more🫶, finally someone didn’t judge him about his past, just like previous ep, Mhok is trying to understand Day, now Day also understands him too! The feelings, the connection is mutual!🤩👏
They keep mentioning the Eye donation and......I hate to say it but I feel like Mhok somehow is going to die and he donates his to Day and I am NOT READY and I DONT want it to happen but the Foreshadowing is shadowing and im not ok!!!
Btw, Kent, just personally, together and still together were not the same thing for me🥺😎; still together was directed by PAof while together was not! So while I was watching those 2 series, it felt like they were 2 completely different shows even though with the same actors and characters; so that tells me it’s not the actors themselves, it’s the writers and directors that make them feel different😂I can clearly feel the different style and vibes from those 2 series, that’s why I love still together (much) better than together itself purely on the writing and directing parts, but anyway just imo😊
