Slow ghosting hurts even more by an intimate partner. And then you get cut out of their lives completely
I recently went through this in January. I went out of state across the country to meet them. Ghosted.
That can be absolutely painful to endure, I’m sure. In the end, they did not give you the respect you deserve!
So if a man is ghosting you, why text him? It‘s a sign he‘s just not into you. Why would you degrade yourself to write him? Move on to the next🥳

In my experience ghosting rarely has anything to do with something you did and said and probably has more to do with there is another women.
You were either something fun for him, or maybe he met both of you at the same time. Either way he was not radically honest with you about what was going on. I would suspect there were other secrets.
I find it best to be honest with each other from the beginning and lay down your wants and expectations. If he runs he was week and would of run anyway.
Unfortunately ghosting is very prevalent in the dating market, it happened to me many times.
Ya well that and being immature are reasons for them ghosting, blocking, running etc,… Younger men, we’re grown ass women, just text a quick honest msg saying “this ends here and Now” , (hehehe that’s from Thor)we would respect that and be done ! Men please, just try it, I promise, we back off immmediately!
I have to admit, I feel "disappointed" even when the online dating guys who I've never even met "drop off" & disappear, after we've been chatting by text & phone on a regular basis...
So I know I'd definitely feel hurt & confused with a man I've spent time with & had several in person dates with! I'll go into that "Obsessive Loop" in my head that you described.... 😣😣😣
"Upgrade your partner selection" - yes! I will be 40 in 2 weeks' time and this pretty much summarizes what I learnt till now. I put up with so many awful situations for so many years. I was afraid to upgrade because I felt I was in debt to men who were interested in me, just giving me the bare minimum. Then with time and a lot of work on myself I understood that my selection pattern was erroneous. I hope I still can find a great man and have a family.

The man who ghosted me a month ago had commitment issues. I believe I was too good for him and that he prefers to be in relationships with women that cheat on him and treat him badly. I feel like he needs a challenge and I was too nice for him. I have known him for many years and he would always choose these types of women over me for a long term relationship. I am tired of being an option to him and not a priority and I refuse to contact him ever again. I gave him one too many chances to redeem himself with me.

I was seeing a guy for a few months. We were exclusive & had plans to meet up. After not hearing from him st the meeting time I sent him a text. He texted me breaking it off & blocked me before I could respond. I'm pretty broken because it was so out of no where and I did not even get to talk to him.

People behave so horribly. No one has any manners or consideration. That was such a self-centred thing for him to do - I’m so sorry.
So sorry you couldn't get closure. I'm sending a text to the person I've been seeing for a couple months in the morning finding out why she suddenly began slow fading or slow ghosting me, and I know the fact that I think I can get some actual answers and closure from her is huge for me. I hope you find a way to move on.

Yeah its definitely harder to understand w someone who u had a relationship with. Someone who can communicate, someone with a heart etc......
V confusing and awful but it is what it is.
But in the example u gave at the start of the video after one date - thats not really ghosting.
One date means nothing. After a few dates or after an actual relationship its justified that you deserve an answer.
I had a guy ghost me after a few months intensive relationship, he pursued me like mad but he refused to give any answers. This was about 15 years ago. Ive since moved on but it hurt me very deeply at thr time. And yes I did kind of blame myself.......

People are intrusive. They're looking for equity and want to find out what you have as a decision making process.
Been on both sides of ghosted. I've done it....got it done to me.....bottom line/reality: you're not into them or they aren't into you. I have to say though, I don't totally ghost out of the unexpected, I mean it's usually after giving hints as to communicating that what they are looking for, and what I am looking for aren't a match. But what I can't stand are the ones that don't communicate, and I have no idea. Thats just simply crazy on their part.

Ghosted by my fwb.. who been talking to for 4 years.
Sadly when we had a conversation at the beginning I said no ghosting. He said he doesn't ghost people and that's a shiity thing to do. (I have the screen shot) sadly been in limmerence with this fool. We met up last end of Feb. After one message, hes ghosted me ever since. So disrespectful..
I'm debating whether to delete him or not now.. know him for 14 years...

Please be aware of human sex trafficking and worse!!! A lot of potential victims get scoped by guys pretending to date online, and ask invasive questions, such as what car are you driving, where do you work, where do you work-out or what gym do you go to, clubs, etc etc. They may not know where you actually live, but try to narrow it down to find you otherwise. So if you're young, pretty and not quite yet wise to the world - this is a thing to keep in mind when someone is asking too many personal Qs early on during online dating!!!

The one sure thing every man knows in this day and age is that never listen or take dating advice from women. The reason being is that what they say they want doesn't match up what they go for. Hence, don't believe what she said, only believe her actions.
Oh, yes, bad boys finish first and you know it yourself. A man's personality and character usually way down to women's requirements. Height, looks and money will be on top of that list. 💯💯💯
