Coffee dates are the best (for first time dates), you do not commit to anything, short meet and greet and if it goes well, plan something like a dinner later in the week. One tip, always always listen to the gut. Good luck and I hope he turns out to be a gem.

Good for you to be active in expanding your experiences. Things really shifted for me when my approach shifted from trying to find someone to just wanting to have more friendly interactions. Each coffee was approached with expecting no second meeting. If we connected and had more coffee great if not no worries. Eventually it all worked out but taking pressure off thinking it as date really helped.
Glad you enjoyed the date. My advice is be yourself and live in the moment, not projecting what will unfold. Its fun to meet new people and if it ‘clicks’ you will know it. It can’t be forced. At least you are participating in being open to love. Beware for red flags and stay safe though.
I'm 67 and after being married to the most wonderful man for almost 49 years I do not ever see dating in the works for me God forbid should something happen to him before me. I can't imagine going on a dating site to begin with. It would never be fair to compare the lifetime of memories and wonderful relationship we have shared together to another man. In my eyes no one could meet his expectations. I do know a lot of women who have not had good marriages who would have an interest to explore another relationship. Greetings from Minnesota! I'm happily married but have found that I need to bolster my social life after retiring from a long career at a very busy job. As an avid fan of the MTV show Catfish, I've concluded, fairly or not, that online connections can result in great relationships or disaster. Interestingly enough though on the social side, I've made new friends through volunteer opportunities and a book club I was blessed to be invited to join as well as some local art classes. I'm not dissing online dating but don't discount in-person connections. I'm so happy for you in your new home!

Pink lipstick ,sunglasses,sometimes a cap ,or large straw hat . I’m only going a few blocks to the supermarket 😄I have a suggestion for you . Would like to see your nails with a clear coat of polish . I think it would look nice on you . If your not a fan that’s ok too .❤️

So glad your coffee meeting went well and you’re doing it the right way for keeping it safe . Your look was perfect for the occasion . My go to this summer is cream shadows , I love a bronze one by Tom Ford with a dab of CT rose gold on top then go over it all very lightly to set it with a lightest bronzer like milani with a fluffy brush . A mermaid blue liner on top lid for a tropical pop . The Revlon tinted serum is great and either mixed in or on top a few drops of the Milani’s conceal+perfect bronzing drops and a dab of Lancôme’s concealer on & around the nose. I just got milani’s luminoso cheek kiss blush stick or Pixi On-the-Glow stick blush I think they are both new . Since I’m using the bronze drops I don’t need bronzer so I set the blush very lightly with the luminoso blush and the hourglass ambient pwd. I tried the DRMTLGY under eye several times. Unfortunately, I really disliked it. It was very drying under my eyes and it creased. 😣 I know many people love it, it just didn’t work for me no matter what I tried to prep with under my eyes. BUT, I hope your date went really really well!!! 🍀 ❤
I haven’t tried the new Drmtlgy, but have the advanced eye cream. It’s OK, but I found it makes my eyes water, so to use it up, I just apply at night, and am hesitant to try the new one. My fav eye cream is Dermelect eyelid and dark circle corrector. I don’t see how it corrects, because it is white, however, I get an instant smoothing hydrating effect and it’s great under makeup.

I have followed your channel for about three years now and am amazed at your skill and knowledge level for creating a natural-look-only-better appearance. As a person that wore make up a hand full of times in my late teens and early 20s but not since then (and now I'm 65), I've decided to focus on two areas skin appearance (color and texture) and eye brows. With over plucking of eye brows over 20 or so years, my brows are too thin, improperly shaped (maybe due to gravity over the years) and contains too many thick white hairs. I'm using caster oil to thicken the brow (grow hair) and trim the fast growing, thicker hairs (think Albert Einstein brows). Then I'll need to reshape, so I'll have to go back to your older videos and those of Eldridge on this topic. As for my skin, I'm drinking purified water, much improved vegan nutrition, sun screen, and then, as before, going back to your earlier videos about addressing wrinkles and evening skin tone. Tamara, first of all, the finished look was really lovely. A soft summer glow with a little bit of pop--very pretty and it sounds like it paid off, ha ha! I love the shape of that sigma brush. Sometimes I need a little bit more precision than the Angie, hot and flashy kitten paw, which I do love. Secondly, I wanted to ask you what computer you purchased because I’m in the market for a new laptop myself. I currently have an HP specter that is nearly 8 years old and it has served me so well. Anyway, I know it’s not what we usually talk about here but if you’ve got any tips and tricks, I’m all ears.
I've been a huge fan of the BK Angie A506...but I agree, it's sometimes a little too big. I haven't stopped using the new Sigma F27 Brush since I got it. It fits perfectly into my inner corner and yes, its just a bit more precise. And so so soft. I've also been loving the companion F08 brush which they call a powder brush, but I use ti for foundation. It's similar to the BK 101 but much much smaller. As far as the computer...I'm an apple girl. They were having a back to school sale and I traded in my old Macbook Pro for a new Macbook Pro. It can be a bit of a transition if you are used to a non apple PC but they have great classes and customer service and tech support. Also apple seems to have better protection against viruses and hackers and that type of thing. I love my HP printer though!

Online Dating Over 50 For Me: Nope. Nope. Nope. I honestly don’t care to ever have a “man” in my life again. I have had quite the dating history pre-millennium. Then married the absolute WORST person I could have ever possibly met (including the family) and stupidly stuck it out for decades when I had actual authorities telling me I needed to get to safety. I took a chance 4 years later with an old high school boyfriend who turned out to be a 2.0 version of the person I married. Coffee dates are the best (for first time dates), you do not commit to anything, short meet and greet and if it goes well, plan something like a dinner later in the week. One tip, always always listen to the gut. Good luck and I hope he turns out to be a gem.

Good for you to be active in expanding your experiences. Things really shifted for me when my approach shifted from trying to find someone to just wanting to have more friendly interactions. Each coffee was approached with expecting no second meeting. If we connected and had more coffee great if not no worries. Eventually it all worked out but taking pressure off thinking it as date really helped.

I'm 67 and after being married to the most wonderful man for almost 49 years I do not ever see dating in the works for me God forbid should something happen to him before me. I can't imagine going on a dating site to begin with. It would never be fair to compare the lifetime of memories and wonderful relationship we have shared together to another man. In my eyes no one could meet his expectations. I do know a lot of women who have not had good marriages who would have an interest to explore another relationship. I wish them the best of luck, but it would not be for me. A love like ours comes only once in a lifetime. You do look beautiful!

Greetings from Minnesota! I'm happily married but have found that I need to bolster my social life after retiring from a long career at a very busy job. As an avid fan of the MTV show Catfish, I've concluded, fairly or not, that online connections can result in great relationships or disaster. Interestingly enough though on the social side, I've made new friends through volunteer opportunities and a book club I was blessed to be invited to join as well as some local art classes. I'm not dissing online dating but don't discount in-person connections. I'm so happy for you in your new home!

Enjoyed this video ! I love your shorter hair . I’m using less make this summer . I just apply foundation on certain areas of my face where there’s redness . Pink lipstick ,sunglasses,sometimes a cap ,or large straw hat . I’m only going a few blocks to the supermarket 😄I have a suggestion for you . Would like to see your nails with a clear coat of polish . I think it would look nice on you . If your not a fan that’s ok too .❤️

So glad your coffee meeting went well and you’re doing it the right way for keeping it safe . Your look was perfect for the occasion . My go to this summer is cream shadows , I love a bronze one by Tom Ford with a dab of CT rose gold on top then go over it all very lightly to set it with a lightest bronzer like milani with a fluffy brush . A mermaid blue liner on top lid for a tropical pop . The Revlon tinted serum is great and either mixed in or on top a few drops of the Milani’s conceal+perfect bronzing drops and a dab of Lancôme’s concealer on & around the nose. I just got milani’s luminoso cheek kiss blush stick or Pixi On-the-Glow stick blush I think they are both new . Since I’m using the bronze drops I don’t need bronzer so I set the blush very lightly with the luminoso blush and the hourglass ambient pwd. Everything is done lightly so I don’t look like a glow bomb . I love summer makeup , well I love fall also lol . Can’t wait to hear your newest update with dinner ! Have a great week Tamara 🩵❌⭕️

Your comfort makeup are my most used everyday products. The Persona palette, Sigma warm neutrals and Makeup by Mario neutrals are my 3 go to's. I also love the Bare Minerals lipstick in Memory and have used one up and now on #2, which I rarely use up a lipstick. Your dating precautions sound good, but I've been married 45 years, so I couldn't begin to give you advice. It's a whole different ball game these days. Just be yourself I guess and get a nice cup of coffee. Throw in some cake. :))

I tried the DRMTLGY under eye several times. Unfortunately, I really disliked it. It was very drying under my eyes and it creased. 😣 I know many people love it, it just didn’t work for me no matter what I tried to prep with under my eyes. BUT, I hope your date went really really well!!! 🍀 ❤

I haven’t tried the new Drmtlgy, but have the advanced eye cream. It’s OK, but I found it makes my eyes water, so to use it up, I just apply at night, and am hesitant to try the new one. My fav eye cream is Dermelect eyelid and dark circle corrector. I don’t see how it corrects, because it is white, however, I get an instant smoothing hydrating effect and it’s great under makeup.
@@TamarasTimelessBeauty I’ve been using Purito Centella Eye Cream, Maybelline Instant Age Rewind under eye brightener. However, I do love DRMTLGY sunscreen and some of the moisturizers. Loving the new matte sunscreen! I think I just have finicky under eyes. 🤷♀️

Hi Tamara I met the love of my life at age 60 on match. It wasn't easy to get there to be honest. Online dating is not for the faint of heart. At first meeting he and I weren't a match but then we 're-met' a year later and we have been together ever since. That was over 6 years ago. I wish you the best of luck!
I have followed your channel for about three years now and am amazed at your skill and knowledge level for creating a natural-look-only-better appearance. As a person that wore make up a hand full of times in my late teens and early 20s but not since then (and now I'm 65), I've decided to focus on two areas skin appearance (color and texture) and eye brows. With over plucking of eye brows over 20 or so years, my brows are too thin, improperly shaped (maybe due to gravity over the years) and contains too many thick white hairs. I'm using caster oil to thicken the brow (grow hair) and trim the fast growing, thicker hairs (think Albert Einstein brows). Then I'll need to reshape, so I'll have to go back to your older videos and those of Eldridge on this topic. As for my skin, I'm drinking purified water, much improved vegan nutrition, sun screen, and then, as before, going back to your earlier videos about addressing wrinkles and evening skin tone.

Tamara, first of all, the finished look was really lovely. A soft summer glow with a little bit of pop--very pretty and it sounds like it paid off, ha ha! I love the shape of that sigma brush. Sometimes I need a little bit more precision than the Angie, hot and flashy kitten paw, which I do love.
Secondly, I wanted to ask you what computer you purchased because I’m in the market for a new laptop myself. I currently have an HP specter that is nearly 8 years old and it has served me so well. Anyway, I know it’s not what we usually talk about here but if you’ve got any tips and tricks, I’m all ears.
I've been a huge fan of the BK Angie A506...but I agree, it's sometimes a little too big. I haven't stopped using the new Sigma F27 Brush since I got it. It fits perfectly into my inner corner and yes, its just a bit more precise. And so so soft. I've also been loving the companion F08 brush which they call a powder brush, but I use ti for foundation. It's similar to the BK 101 but much much smaller.
As far as the computer...I'm an apple girl. They were having a back to school sale and I traded in my old Macbook Pro for a new Macbook Pro. It can be a bit of a transition if you are used to a non apple PC but they have great classes and customer service and tech support. Also apple seems to have better protection against viruses and hackers and that type of thing. I love my HP printer though!
