Also Din trust her with Grogu. I mean, I know we joke that he says "Go get your mom," but what he really says is "Get to Bo Katan." At that point he feels that he's probably done for, so he's telling Grogu to go to Bo. He could have told him to go back to Luke. The astromech would have taken him. But he said to go to Bo. I don't know if they are setting up a romance per se, but they are setting up a very close/trustful relationship. Even if it doesn't become space dad and space mom, I'm happy just seeing it develop.
I’m so glad I’m not the only one who noticed this in this week’s episode. I feel as though Bo is going to become Grogus new Mum. She seems to be growing rather fond of Grogu and Din as, she’s a lot closer to them now than she was in S2. I love the fact that Bo was getting ready to tear strips into Din for coming back then sees Grogu by himself and says basically says “ffs what happened to your dad now” in the most mother/wife way possible. We also saw Bo open up more to Din this episode about her past. I feel like if they are trying to make them a couple that I fully support it. There’s only a slight age gap (Bo is in her 50s and Din is 40). Plus I think they would make a great Mandalore (king) and queen of Mandalore, to restore their people once more. They both have good chemistry and both feel ostracised by their people. At one point Bo even admits that she finds Dins obsession with fairytales cute. The Mythosaur also could have eaten both of them but it didn’t. It let them go, when it could have easily chased after and swallowed them both whole. I think this is what they are building towards. I think Bo will help Din realise that he doesn’t need to hide behind a helmet to feel a sense of purpose. Xx

Did you notice how easily Bo-Katan placed her life at risk for Mando? There are feelings there, actions speak louder than words. A mandalorian dark saber wielder with a mandalorian princess and a mandalorian jedi in tow that happens to live 7 or 8 lifetimes to a regular mandalore plus uniting the children of the watch with regular mandalorians, plausible theory huh?
Yeah she never hesitated saving Din…twice too. If that’s not what you call 'love' or at least 'something' I don’t know what is…she likes to call him by his real name and not Mando, Din also complimented her father and she liked that. Man love is in the air between those two and I’m all here for it.
Dude stop giving it away, I knew from the moment I first saw grogu that the show was going to be all bout him n how he becomes a true mandalorian. Kinda like how Anakin had always been the chosen one born to bring balance. Grogu is meant to reunite all clans n become the leader of all mandalorians.
I was thinking the same thing! He IS the worthy one, Din is a very humble and pious man, who lives and breathes the Creed. When he accepts his role as the next Mandalore I think the dark saber will work for him and he will be a great leader!
This is essentially the story of King Arthur, merlin and camelot. When Bo was looking at Mando recite those words it was like she was looking at one of the fairy tale characters she never believed in before this.
Right! I’m willing to say that Katee Sackoff is a good actor. Her mannerism’s along with facial expressions and her tone of voice makes her easy to understand - knowing what she thinking and feeling as she’s experiencing it. Later.
I grew up in the church, so I can see quite clearly the spiritual themes Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni are drawing upon to tell this story... Strict adherence to a creed, redemption through baptism, "The Way," all very familiar and close to my heart personally... so any time Din or the Armorer say, "This is the Way," it hits me in the feels... but when Din shed his weapons and jet pack and began reciting the Creed as he walked down into the waters? Not gonna lie, I got kinda choked up lol
Add also the fact that the water in the cave is called Living Waters. The legendary Mythosaur lives in! Water is the reason that life exists and has cathartic and healing properties. All the cultures and traditional religions of old honour Water. Lesser gods and goddesses of ancient Greece where living in lakes ,rivers and springs. In the Orthodox Church, the Holly Trinity is called Source of Life and is depicted as a fountain ⛲ where the water flushes . The Armorer every time is about to forge the beskar, she adds a portion of the Living Waters. She poured some of the sample Din had brought as a proof and believed that he had been in the Living Waters.
There is literally the lost husband story (think Cupid and Psyche) in this episode (among other symbolism) so I think it makes sense people picked up on a romance. It’s definitely something that could happen. Things between them in this episode are mythologically significant so we will see!
I haven't watched Clone Wars but Bo Katan talking about her father and home did give me a sense of loss and she did seem comforted in indulging Din . Katee Sackoff showed a lot of nuances in her performance

Those last 10 minutes plus every moment with Grogu alone felt like entering a time warp and exiting in the future. The show has changed forever thru those happenings. Excellent tv
I think she can see the potential in Din in terms of his dedication and patriotism for the mandalorians and what it will really take to unite all of their people. Her mindset has been so dismissive and jaded of the culture and it makes me really excited to hopefully see din djarin overcome his shortcomings and become a prophesied leader.
they need to destroy their culture, first. her feelings are well-placed. they value honor glory far too highly... going beyond caring about individual lives... that really bugged me during the battle of Darvannis. my knight has taken the mantel of Mandalore the Indomitable--same in all aspects but placing individual lives above all else.
II was spellbound & intrigued by the relationship dynamic of the characters. Bo Katan, being more level-headed & grounded, was more unwilling & reluctant to help Mando going to the caves because of her denial or disapproval of the old ways (myths) whom the Armour stands for. But in doing so becoming more accustomed to Mando & growing respect for his believe as he recites those verses while going in the waters (also remembering & seeing her father in that), ultimately getting a bit closer to Din. Like myself, Bo is a progressive person, thinking critical of what was, reflective of reason & benefit for the future. Seeing Mando, I think it dawned on her, that there is also some good traditions & not just silly, blind obedience without reflection for the future. That was quite great to watch. I could see a lot of myself (character-wise) in Bo Katan in this Episode. Loved it

I think people forget that Mando isn't a great Mandalorian. He's just an average one. Bo Katan is like if your Marine Grandpa who fought in WW2 and Vietnam was still in their prime and got sent to Iraq post 9/11. He's just a different tier of solider at that point
@@RandallStevenson every woman in star wars is an uber badass
Bo Katan will steal Grogu from Din. No. Grogu himself will leave Din.
Reasons why this will not happen.
1. Bo will be gay or something. The 1st Gay Mandalore.( and yes, the mandalore will be Bo - she’s superior to Diin in every way but his faith)
Have faith in Filoni. He won't let that happen whether Disney likes it or not.
@@mindfulness5475 ok. Bo has the dark Sabre, now we need the reveal that she’s in love with the girl WWE star mando . Maybe finale.
