First time I heard them was in some living room in Berkeley (or maybe Albany). My girlfriend at the time was so excited cause these two were in front of us buying beer at the market. I would have been too if I'd known what I know now-- that you can fit that amount of heart, expression and sound into human bodies that aren't a hundred feet tall. In my memory I guess they do stand that tall. I saw them a dozen times before Yosi left the band and their sound personifies some of the best moments of my life. Beautiful.
