Sir chaudhary charan singh university meerut uttar pradesh ne phd ka entrance conduct kraya or sath me 1/4 ki negative marking bhi thi,is university ne passing marks sbhi category ke liye 50 percent rakha hai jbki ugc guidelines me obc, sc, st or ews category ko 45 percent pr pass mana h. Sir hm obc category se or hamara score 49.25 h or hme b entrance me fail kr diya h. Sir iska koi solution btaye plz 🙏
CCSU ka PhD ordinance dekhiye agar usme ye guidelines di hai to yhi applicable hoga,
Ya aap chahe to university chancellor k saath saath UGC helpline par isko le kr complain bhejiye,

Sir regulations me do conferences me paper presentation hona mandatory hai, bt I have only one paper presentation in conference. Is case me kya sol hai?

Sir, kindly clarify few queries regarding this 2022 regulations.
1. Is this regulation suitable for phd candidates doing under 2016 regulation?
2. Will all the state universities apply this regulation hereafter or not?
3. Publications mandatory Or not??
1. At the Point number 16, clearly stated that student registered under 2009 or 2016 will be governed by the same 2009 or 2016
2. This will be applied by all university
3. In this regulation publication is not mandatory

The meaning of point no 16 is something different, after notification of these regulations, this regulation or 2016 shall be followed. Plz put some light on it in detail sir.
In the second last line mentioned that already registered and pursuing may be governed by 2022 or 2016, now it's depends on University
