J Leto tried to make joker more sophisticated and gangster. While I do think joker would absolutely destroy the competition in the world of gangsters, he's not a fucking gangster he's different he's a loose cannon.
You know that would make more sense....I mean if Jason Todd can be kept from "The Batman"....then I stands to reason that maybe in the Arkham multiverse joker found, infected and hide a person as a back-up just for the lol's

There is a fundamental wrongness taken place when being informed about a world that is Joker influenced, Deadshot has a bigger reaction than Harley. Like, not even a hint of her suppressing an emotional reaction or expressing some form of dismay, reflection, or hesitation.

That may be true, but I did see another person's longplay, and to even get the mission to unlock Joker, you have to do some serious grinding to Rank 35 by doing missions over and over.

The UI is so bad. It’s like someone with ADHD designed it like why is there so much stuff on the screen?! That’s not even touching the gameplay, plot, etc. Rocksteady has fallen hard.
