The trick to making a latte is to pour foam into the glass first then add your espresso shot. Then thicker spongy foam goes on top. Then drizzle that bad boy with caramel or white chocolate syrup!

You should fold the crema into the coffee a few times... it’s the fat of the coffee and adds flavor back into the coffee :)

If you are using the frother with the spring make sure not to fill over the first max line, that could be why it might have overflowed
