This really hits close to home. When my son was 2 yrs old we had a ‘No More Chemo Party’ for him. He’s now 14 and just graduated 8th grade. Charities and charitable people like yourself helped my family survive the most difficult time of our life. Much love and respect for you Mr. Grossi. Thank you for everything you’re doing.
Tom. You are not just a guy who makes “goofy football videos”. Please stop minimizing your value…you do it often. You are an entertainer, sports personality, fund raiser and above all, an amazing person. The world is better because you are in it.
Fun Fact: Danny Thomas was one of the original investors in the Miami Dolphins during their inaugural season in 1966. On an appearance on The Tonight Show, Thomas, when asked by host Johnny Carson, said that his greatest thrill was watching Joe Auer return the opening kickoff in the Dolphins' first-ever game for a touchdown. Thomas, who was on the sidelines, ran alongside Auer as he scored.
Funny thing about Danny Thomas: he was a close friend of my grandparents through his producer Lou Feldman (my dad’s godfather). They used to go to his house quite a bit for dinner parties and such. I didn’t know he was responsible for St Jude’s though. That was a surprise.
You remind me of the guy who decided to drive across America on a bet in the early 1900s. Two other companies soon tried the same afterwards, with all the stops, versus a guy and the mechanic. What will make 30-in-30 special is you did it first, and have decided to do it without some support, and even to your own detriment, since you mentioned you put off buying a house to do all of this yesterday. That's what will make this amazing and so special to watch.
9:21 You know what? I'm not so confident that this will be surpassed. This trip has its own quirks and its own charm that probably can't and won't be replicated. Someone else's project may include more stadium tours, it may have more cameras, it may raise more money, but that will be a different trip. This trip will ALWAYS be yours and ours. Not just until someone else comes along, but ALWAYS.
Thank you so much for interviewing me, Tom. Meeting you was absolutely incredible. Thank you for coming to Nashville. We can't wait to have you back! I'm so happy you got to experience the true heart of this amazing city. The Titans being the first team that got back to you is just incredible. You staying with us at the fan meetup for nearly 2 and a half hours, just chatting. You're amazing. I'd love to give you a tour of this beautiful place I so proudly call home whenever you return. Until then, stay awesome :)))
I'm glad You taking a visit in St. Jude's Hospital before heading to Nashville, Tennessee: Home of Tennessee Titans. I really enjoy that exotic journey. Good for you, Tom. And you're having fun in there.
How can it NOT? All the thing he’s doing: accomplishing something because of your hard work that you BELIEVE IN. When that something is truly for the good of others, there’s really no better feeling. Travel changes people. You never return from a trip as the same person that left the comfort and certainty of home behind. Meeting new people, hearing their stories, their perspectives, human connection in general; changes people. For Tom personally, this no doubt validates his choice to bet on himself, quit his job, and focus on YT. Sharing a piece of yourself with the world is a profound experience. Tom is having “life-changing experience overload.” I’m just in awe watching.
As a mascot fanatic, I'm so jelly you got to be in T-Rac's dressing room. He's definitely one of the cooler mascots in the league. So cool the Titans were so welcoming to you!
Theres a reason why we call it Nashville Strong. No matter the politics here, when we need each other, we help each other. It doesn't surprise me that the Titans were the first ones to respond. We have an amazing owner Amy Adams and good organization. They do so much for communities.
From a Buc fan who found you 3 years ago and felt your pain for the loss but during that podcast YOU gained a subscriber and supporter. Please continue with your good works and Thanks for being a Lighthouse in a sea of turmoil. As John Kennedy Jr. once said, I would rather be known as a GOOD man as opposed to a great man.
Tom, Memphis is definitely a place you gotta mark down to revisit. There is so much music history there between Graceland, Sun Studios, and Stax. Can’t forget legendary Beale Street! One of my favorite cities for sure.
As someone who lives in Memphis just stay in the down town area and don’t go to Beal street by mid night, but Beal street during the playoffs for the grizzlies is insane
Chaotic Good is why we here and we aren’t going anywhere soon. From the small stream raids to raising a TON for St Jude, the Grossi Possi has crushed it.
Didn’t think I’d be crying at 7am walking into work, but here I am lol. Seeing where 30 in 30 started vs what it’s turned into is a testament to how awesome you guys are.
I decided to wait until this morning to watch the video as I didn't want to cry myself to sleep. I'm glad you got the opportunity to visit St Jude during this as it makes this endeavor even more worthwhile. And your Uber driver deserves as much praise; he's the underrated hero of those two days. No one could top what you and Johnny are doing because they won't be you and Johnny. Go Pack go!
My five-year-old nephew died of brain cancer a couple of years ago and I’m so thankful for those who did all they could to try to save his life. I’m so glad you are supporting St. Jude and those who provide hope to kids like my nephew.
I love what RBT said where the amazing thing about football is becoming friends with someone over just a couple hours when a game is going. I have made a number of friends at super bowl parties etc. but it wasn't until I went to my first game. I am a Rams fan and took a job for a year in Seattle and last minute decided to go to the Rams @ Seattle in 2018 when the Rams were 9-1 and it was not only an amazing game that they won in the 4th quarter but while it was the city I lived in, I was in enemy territory wearing a Goff Jersey. The Seahawks fans I met waiting for the light rail and on the ride to the stop for the stadium were very kind, cool people, and then the person next to me at the game when I got to my seat, is when I met my friend Lucas, Lucas was from Brazil, had only been in the U.S for a few months, and wanted to just get out and do something random that weekend, He was rooting for the Seahawks, and wearing a Wilson jersey, and over the course of the game we got to know each other, even buying each other a beer at last call at the end of a 3rd Quarter, we connected on Facebook before leaving, and still keep in touch to this day.
I think this visit to St. Jude, more than any other will stay with you for the rest of your life. You're making a great impact Tom, and helping more people than you will ever realise. Shout out to Johnny for all the hard work he's doing too!
Thank you so much for everything, Tom. You are such a wonderful person and you’re so down to earth. I’m so grateful for everything you’re doing and thank you for signing my Seahawks hat and my little brothers shirt :)
Nowadays it’s so easy to get caught up in all the negative going on in this world and all the garbage posted on social media on a near daily basis. This series really drives the point home that there really are a lot of genuinely good people out there and people really do rally behind great causes like this. Tom, this whole 30 in 30 project is incredible and the way you have literally gone city-to-city every day, slept in hotels, traveled long distances, and are so loyal to the fans in each city you’ve visited is truly inspiring. Keep on going, you got this brother 💪. Thank you again 🙏
Amazing how visiting St. Jude really makes you realize what you're doing this for. It's not longer just saying "it's for charity", it's experiencing exactly where all that money is going toward and the people it will help. You're right that some other bigger production will probably copy this down the line, but it will never take away what made this so special.
It only takes one person to make a difference, and you have started something that should be acknowledged nationwide. All outlets should be covering this. This is something very special.
I've been watching you for a year now, Tom.... I was so stoked when you started this trip... I was not expecting to get this emotional, but St Jude's is a good place that does good work. I know plethora's a people whom they have helped and worked with; some closer to me than others. Really love the experience you seemed to have and thank you for taking us along for the ride!
You're an inspiration to so many people. I loved your channel because of football and the comedy, but this series truly shows who you are as a person. The world could use more Tom Grossi's. Thank you for your inspiration and dedication to this amazing cause. The last couple videos have had me seriously tearing up. Thank you, Tom. - A Bears Fan
Hi Tom! You might not see this but I’ve been a huge fan of yours for a while. I’ve had that same idea for a while about 30 in 30. I think what makes it special is because it is authentic, it’s not a high production thing. This is also very physically tough so I don’t know if many TH-camrs would ever do it but that’s why this series rocks. You do it for the love of the game and that is more important than a billion dollars (Good luck for the rest of your journey)
Guy went from doing different NFL teams reactions of their seasons, to literally visiting EVERY NFL stadium and partnering with St. Jude. Even if this man is Packers fan, I still support you.
Tom you are an amazingly wonderful human, every single video in this series has brought tears to my eyes. What you are doing is an extremely beautiful thing. I am incredibly humbled and couldn't be more happy and proud of supporting you and what you do. Keep being you and bringing chaotic good to the world, you truly are a rare gem of a person.
God bless you Tom and Jonny. I hope the NFL will also appreciate what you do for the whole football community and the fans. Great journey thus far and you guys deserve all the love you can get.
So glad I finally got to meet Tom in Nashville. I discovered this channel when Tom was around 70k subscribers and to see how far hes come, and seeing him do all these great things and going on this crazy trip is great to see. Very happy to see how far hes come and all the great things hes doing for other people
Tom, I'm a Texans fan, born raised and currently residing in Hou, Tx. since I came across your channel many moons ago I've been a subscriber even though I'm not a Packers fan (even though it sure does help)...I have always found your videos entertaining and informative, your love for your squad is commendable and your knowledge of the game is extraordinary ..Please don't downplay your role, St. Jude is lucky to have you doing what you are doing...You say that you are just a guy with a goofy podcast from your basement, and that's just what St. Jude represents EVERY child, regardless of economic or even social status...Just letting you know that I for one applaud your efforts and I am hoping that you reach your ultimate goal...good luck man 👍🤘✊

I was raised in Tennessee most of my life and i am sadly a titans fan, but every year for my birthday i donate to saint jude. Last year, i did a fundraiser on facebook and i raised 100$ to saint jude. Knowing that the kids of our future can die from cancer sinks my heart. That’s why i donate to saint jude’s.
Thank you to the Titans organization for being the first to say "yes" to Tom's requests. And to all the other teams that responded or offered something to share with him.
Just as important as doing Chaos Good; you do no evil. And fine folks are doing de dedicated fun much needed. Many thanks and praises to you and your intrepid team.
Wow tom one the best videos of the series!! a great look back and and 8:17, 8:24, 9:54 gives me wonderful memories of the day I had with you New England--thanks for including those clips!!!
Man it would be really nice if the NFL owners came together and made up the difference between the 1M and whatever Grossi finishes at on day 30. If there is one thing we can all agree on, it's that kids deserve to see a long, happy life. Here's hoping they hit the million!
You mentioned that someone with more money is going to do what you did but better. They may raise more money, but it will be to further their brand, not for charity. You sir, are a good man and should be recognized
Watching Tom tour the St. Jude facility in Memphis, Tennessee and give an in-depth description of the inner workings of the charity, it makes me ponder how the real St. Jude, also called Thaddeus, one of the 12 Apostles of Jesus, views the hard virtuous efforts of all individuals working within the organization past, present, and future. I pray that their combined efforts do go noticed. The Tennessee Titans reached out to Tom first? Neat; didn't forsee that happening. The stadium tour was/is bittersweet knowing that the replacement stadium project is planned for construction and completion by 2026. The filmed journey is 1/2 finished; you're halfway up the mountain Tom, and I have confidence you will reach the summit in LA. 30 in 30 #15 was the most emotional one I've watched. Keep chugging along. 🚂
Tom you are doing so much good makes me proud to be a packers fan with people like you! Keep it up you’re doing so much good I’m hoping to see you in New Orleans!!!

As A Titans Fan, I’m so happy you visited the Titans Stadium! 🎉 Edit: Almost 100 Likes.. Dats Crazy Bro
Aye a fellow titans fan

Hope we get a superbowl
I wasn't ready to cry Tom...
This is so inspiring. Thank you Tom
You mentioned that someone with more money is going to do what you did but better. They may raise more money, but it will be to further their brand, not for charity. You sir, are a good man and should be recognized
Tom Grossi is not just a guy, he is THE guy
You never cease to amaze me! Here come the tears of joy! :-)
7:44 - This is chaotic good. Posting some random singer’s Venmo Code so his fans can support an independent artist.
If someone else does this 30 in 30 and raises more money than you I consider that your doing. You’ve created something beautiful Tom.
The editing on these videos honestly just keeps getting better
Let's go do more chaotic good.
this episode made me tear up stop CUTTING ONIONS TOM
Man. The Welcome graphic for Tom at St. Jude's put a tear in my eye. Let's frickin frackin do this y'all.
Great video, inspiring.... good story telling
A comedian that makes you laugh and cry. Go Pack!
Tom you are doing so much good makes me proud to be a packers fan with people like you! Keep it up you’re doing so much good I’m hoping to see you in New Orleans!!!
Let's go! Your videos are the only thing I've been looking forward to
I would not have found this channel without Brandon Perna and I love that
Wonderful that Titans were so open to ya guys. Yay Titans!
