You pediatric OT's deserve so much more praise than you get in my opinion. There is SO much that does into helping these little kiddos. I work in neuro and spinal cord injuries with adults, so this pediatric world is totally foreign to me, haha.

So helpful! My little guy is working on occupational therapy now. The progression of the shapes to draw with him is so helpful.

Hello, my son is autistic and 3 years old. am looking some tips or suggestions for my son to avoid looking at his hands. example when he waves his hand he always look for his hands and he will wave infront of his eyes close to his face. please suggest me what kind of techniques or activities will solve this issue.

Sensory motor activities are a good way to help allow an individual to become aware of their surroundings and themselves.

Literally the tension or like vibes (body language etc) is so distracting I could barely pay attention to the video. Are you guys stressed? (Aut person)

These OTs work at a pediatric clinic, which is only for children, but yes adults may also need OT.

Yes. We play. Play is the occupation of children. We analyze play to find the activities that will promote the skills that need to be addressed. Like anything else, if you do it right it looks fun and easy
