At no point in real history did Mumei sprinkle fleas onto Bae, who then spread disease among hooded owl people. At no point in real history did a ship called "SS Forgor" sink, or a blimp called the "KFP 2300" catch fire and crash, or a space shuttle called the "Sana's BEEG Rocket" blow up on launch. For all intents and purposes these are just random hooded owl people, random ocean liner, random blimp, and random space shuttle, that all happened to meet an unfortunate fate. The joke is that Mumei, the "Guardian of Civilization" had some involvement with disasters that should have been great strides in the development of civilization, not that Mumei wanted to cause national tragedies. Keep in mind that a lesson was also learned from each of these incidents that helped prevent a second occurrence, and therefore helped advance human civilization. If people really want to take a deep look at the meaning of that video, intended or not, here it is.
