Thank you for this video. Wrt handling of roles or actors I also prefer the EPC method. As you have demonstrated, powerful tools like ARIS can create swimlane views from any representation. Having swimlanes as the only way of expressing roles like in BPMN is too much of a limitation. I prefer BPMN when it comes to modeling more technical behaviour like timeouts and messages with event-based gateways. I know that with ARIS you can model using EPCs and BPMN diagrams. But what can ARIS do in the domain of business process automation?
