I'm just using a normal type of water hose. But I've tried, Karcher. German Brand, very robust and solid.

Is it always necessary to plant Heliconias along a wall? Otherwise, how do you make sure they don't break when there's a strong wind? Also, can they do well in shade?

Hey, you can use other big plants too. For instance, Calathea Lutea is a good choice. But The wind definitely will destroy them occasionally. But hey, they will grow back. No worries
