It occurred to me how ironic Smokey the Bear's name is just now! LOL😂
Also, as a teacher and a parent, I would have to go with that last situation where your best friends and your kids hate each other. I know for a fact that a lot of kids hate is based on miscommunication and misunderstanding, so I've had to help students mend fences after blowups, and I think that we could actually get the kids to you know have a decent relationship with each other. The first option of having a parent you hate would be untenable, because I don't want my kids being influenced by whoever that is. It takes a lot for me to have strong feelings of hate for someone, so I wouldn't want my kid to be exposed to their parenting.
Have no fear I'm here to save the day. Another cop can give a ticket for an offense they didn't directly observe. (Think speed traps) it would only need the initial officers statement of the offense. BUT any reasonable person would pop deuces as soon as the 1st cop left. They can send you the ticket in the mail. Chuck deuces behind the cop lol

The benefit of going sock -> shoe / sock -> shoe early in the morning... You know your socks are clean before putting on your shoes. I have dogs and kids, and there has been times where there might be a puddle by the back door where everyone puts their shoes and you wont see it till it's too late.
I also keep a tarp and a shovel in my trunk, just in case. So you might be right about that too...
