    Jarang terlihat ada perempuan.
    Khas negeri laki laki.
Mereka kepasar belanja, meracik bimbu, memasak, menyajikan masakan. Kaum perrmpuannya duduk manis dirumah dan mengurudi urusan dapur internal.
Pondadi ekonomi adalah laki laki yang kerja keras.

Liver fry is a popular dish in many cuisines, known for its rich flavor and nutritional value. Here’s a basic recipe for making liver fry:
    ### Ingredients:
    - 500 grams of liver (chicken, beef, or lamb), cleaned and cut into small pieces
    - 2 tablespoons oil or ghee
    - 2 medium onions, finely chopped
    - 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
    - 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
    - 2-3 green chilies, slit (optional, for heat)
    - 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
    - 1 teaspoon red chili powder
    - 1 teaspoon coriander powder
    - 1 teaspoon cumin powder
    - 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
    - Salt to taste
    - Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)
    ### Instructions:
    1. **Prepare the Liver:**
    - Wash the liver pieces thoroughly under running water. Pat them dry using a paper towel.
    2. **Marinate the Liver:**
    - In a bowl, mix the liver pieces with turmeric powder and a pinch of salt. Set aside for about 10-15 minutes.
    3. **Cooking the Liver:**
    - Heat oil or ghee in a large pan or skillet over medium heat.
    - Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
    - Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, and sauté for a couple of minutes until the raw smell disappears.
    - Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and oil starts to separate from the mixture.
    - Add the marinated liver pieces to the pan.
    - Add red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt to taste.
    - Mix well and cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the liver is cooked through. Liver cooks quickly, so be careful not to overcook it, as it can become tough and dry.
    - Once the liver is cooked, sprinkle garam masala over it and mix well.
    - Cook for another 2 minutes and then turn off the heat.
    4. **Garnish and Serve:**
    - Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves.
    - Serve hot with rice, roti, or naan.
Feel free to adjust the spices according to your taste preferences. 21:19

What an incredible showcase of traditional Afghan street food! The liver fry recipe, Shinwari karahi, and Dumpukht all look absolutely mouthwatering. It’s fascinating to see how these dishes are prepared with such skill and passion.
The liver fry recipe stands out with its rich and flavorful spices. The way the liver is marinated and cooked to perfection, maintaining its tenderness, really highlights the expertise of the street food vendors. It’s clear that this dish is a beloved part of Afghan cuisine, offering a unique taste that’s both hearty and satisfying.
Shinwari karahi is another masterpiece. The use of fresh, high-quality ingredients and the slow-cooking process in a karahi (wok) allows all the flavors to meld together beautifully. The combination of spices, tomatoes, and green chilies creates a dish that’s bursting with flavor. The simplicity and authenticity of Shinwari karahi make it a must-try for anyone exploring Afghan street food.
Dumpukht, with its slow-cooked method, offers a different yet equally delightful experience. The tender meat, cooked with aromatic spices and herbs, results in a dish that’s incredibly fragrant and flavorful. The traditional cooking technique of sealing the pot with dough ensures that all the flavors are locked in, making every bite an explosion of taste.
Overall, this video does a fantastic job of highlighting the rich culinary heritage of Afghanistan. It’s a wonderful opportunity for viewers to learn about and appreciate the diverse and delicious street food culture in the country. Thank you for sharing these amazing recipes and giving us a glimpse into the vibrant food scene of Afghanistan!

I live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and my favourite restaurant chain here is called Bamiyan Kabob which is owned and operated by Afghani people. I discovered them by accident and their food is fantastic.

I think all that cooking is done over wood fires. Love it. I’m sure that they could get propane if they wanted. I wonder why nobody seems to? Everybody just out living their life! Probably doesn’t change much day-to-day.

It's important to recognize that cultural and societal differences impact the visibility and roles of women in various countries. Instead of making dismissive comments, let's appreciate the unique aspects of a culture and support efforts towards gender equality and inclusivity everywhere.
We would be happy to welcome you and your girlfriend to visit and enjoy the beautiful country and its great street food.
