I can only echo what previous commenters have said about 1. Iona’s ability to make people relaxed and bring out the best. 2. How likeable, humble and genuine Jamie. He’s clearly a very talented man who’s never lost touch with his values and what’s important
Iona is such a breath of fresh air compared to the other "girl golf" TH-cam channels that are only selling their female parts. Don't get me wrong....Iona is a beautiful person, inside and out, but she has more depth and substance to her, not to mention she is one helluva golfer! Lover her interviewing skills and down to earth approach to all she encounters on her journeys!

Just another brilliant episode, must confess I didn't know who Jamie was, I've never watched The Fall or any of the Shades of Grey films, but what a lovely humble down to earth guy he is. His story of meeting his wife reminded me of my parents meeting, they met many years a go in bar and my Dad plucked up the courage to talk to my mum and at the end of the evening my mum said to her best friend "I think I've met the man I'm going to marry" and my Dad walking home with his friend said "I think this girl could be the one" they were married for 49 years when my mum sadly passed away. I guess sometimes you just know. Thank you for another wonderful video Iona ❤
He’s a great actor. I can recommend all his films and tv shows - you can skip the trilogy that doesn’t need mentioning lol. But check out his IMDB you’ll be pleasantly impressed.

Just brilliant. Iona on Iona. Great. I have to say that Iona has the same gift as Parky. The person being interviewed is so at ease they give up so much more than is normal and as a result these videos or Films(they are that good) are rivetting.
What makes this extraordinarily watchable is Iona I can watch her golfing and interacting with her guests and I'm never bored. No1 in my book.😊😊😊
I put this on whilst I was working. A minute later I stopped working and was just engrossed for an hour. These productions are outstandingly good.
I,m a golfer (not of Iona’s standard I hasten to add) but you don’t need to be a golfer to enjoy these insightful interviews. Production values are excellent.
A pair of class acts sharing the same space is a wonder to behold.
The Iona brand of video shrouded by golf and your natural grace just disarms whoever you have as a guest.

Iona’s way to making a guest feel so at easy is fantastic. Paired with 10/10 visuals and grading this series would not feel out of place on any the channel. I’ve said before this is the best golf content in TH-cam and it’s truly unique, also showing of parts ok the UK like Iona and Mull is great, not many people realise the beauty they have under their noses.
Iona what Jamie is saying about his dad is absolutely spot on I worked in the royal when he worked there and no one had a bad word to say about him he was a true gentleman and did treat everyone with the same respect from Domestics to porters to people in top jobs listening to Jamie he’s just like his dad . Eine richtige Familie sieht man mit seinen Kids rumtollen mit seiner Frau im Arm, aber seit 10 Jahren nur auf dem Carport, oder allein Unterwegs! In Interviews ist meist auch Dakota benannt und nicht Amelia! Aber er hat sich schon entschieden, das ist sein Leben, er war aber auch treulos!.Jamie und Dakota in Fifty Shades, mit Sicherheit eine Klasse für sich! Sie waren perfect auch ohne Sex und klimbim! Ihre Küsse waren Sexy! Und wenn ich Dakota heute sehe mit ich ihrem weißen Anzug, hinreißend! Sie scheint auch einen anderen Mann haben? Nicht CM!
Did you watch the interview? Not everyone wants their children on public eye. He might be an actor but he wants some degree of privacy especially with his family and children for that matter. It’s an interview and the things that he can say depends on the questions being asked. If he is asked about his family, he can’t stop talking about them. He loves his wife, his children and his family. Just because he is an atheist doesn’t make him a bad person.

Another amazing piece. I've never had any interest in knowing who Jamie Dornan was. I'm not into models and don't care for modern films anymore but your interview introduced me to a kind and decent gentleman. One with values, to admire and that could be a friend for life. There’s a lot to enjoy about being a casual observer to this afternoon get together / the scenery for one / the joy of playing golf on a quite modest “track” / the easy banter / the honesty of Jamie/ my favorite line you’re only as happy as your last golf shot

Fantastic Iona. You know with reference to one part of the video, many years ago I was service manager of a car dealership in Scotland and the owners sent me to Sheffield , England to find out why a dealership there had the highest rated success from customer satisfaction, well I found out that it was simply that the three owners of the dealership were genuinely polite and friendly to every member of the staff right down to those who swept the floors and that extended to the customers regard less of their stature.

I did not know who Jamie Dornan was before watching this. After 4 minutes I googled him, as I wanted to know what accident he'd had that had made such a significant impact upon his career. Context is everything :) I will now continue watching the rest of the video, which I'm sure will be a pleasure.

What a beautiful day, course and chat! Once again Iona brought the physical and metaphorical sunshine. I don’t know this Gent or his work, but he seems very grounded.
Unfortunately we seem to be able to do 5 rounds in a week in Turkey cheaper than a trip to Scotland but must make it up again.

The most intelligent, insightful and sometimes even touching interview. Many people mention how down-to-earth Jamie is. At the same time his vocabulary is impressively rich and varied. I wouldn't be surprised if he were trying his hand in prose writing. After all, talented people are talented in many ways and I'm sure more than one Muse has kissed him. I'd be the first to buy a book authored by him!
I'd like to ask him a couple of questions about his acting method but he is not on social media. Pity.

Leider konnte ich nicht alles Verstehen, auch über Fifty Shades, die Millionen Filme! Dakota hat ihn zum Schluss ausgesucht, hätte sie es nicht gemacht, wäre AW heute nicht so Reich! Sein Wife sein Wife, so fing er an bei Fifty Shades of Grey! Wie schön das er wieder nach Dakota zurück gefunden hat

Thank you for this wonderful chat with Jamie. I love to hear him talk about life and share his heart. When he left SM recently I knew he had taken steps to protect himself from hateful and ridiculous scrutiny. He should have never received comments such as those, bc he is genuinely one of the good guys. He’s been the target of some pretty shameful, hateful individuals through the years and despite all of it, has been so graceful to his fans by connecting through SM. It was so good to see him in his element, doing the thing he loves most. Thank you for bringing out the best of him, Iona. Much success to you!

I don't doubt that Dakota has received insults also, but my comments do not refer to anything about her. In the past, he has also been the target of some terrible comments aimed at his family. That is all I am commenting about.
