I loved these as a young teen and they were stolen out of my car as a kid when I moved out on my own. This was better than I could have imagined and took me right back to how much I loved Spider-Man as a kid!!

Growing up in the 70's Spiderman was my favorite... A kid with all that power and responsibly and never giving up no matter the odds... He's definitely got to be Marvel's #1 seller...You can get lost in these motion comics, they're great...

No matter how many times I watch this, one thing remains the same: seeing the kingpin get knocked down a peg is cathartic. Beating galactus is one thing, but he’s something of a necessary evil. Kingpin is just an arrogant bully with way too much weight to throw around, pun intended. I simply love these dubs, and the spider man serial is easily the best thing to come out of the ultimate run.

The music choice in this was awesome, with it being the Ultimate Spider-Man I expected to hear that, and I don't know why, but just the intro with the Spider-Man 3 music, was really cool and nostalgic because I loved playing that game when I was younger.

This volume was my introduction to the Ultimate Marvel Universe. It started with a single issue on a rotating rack. (I miss when you could buy issues in a regular store.) I like how Peter originally gets his ass kicked by Fisk because he jumps in without a plan, but then figures out Kingpin's weakness (arrogance) and wins round two. The volume was aptly titled.
