So cute! 🥐 My favourite childhood pastrie is botterkoek. I am from Canada, but all 4 of my grandparents are from the Netherlands. Botterkoek is translated literally to "butter cake". It can be made in a round or square baking dish. Its dense and gooey, almost like a brownie, but with a crisp top. It is golden colored, and flavoured with almond. Very rich, you only need a small piece. But it's hard to stop eating!!

Aaah I love Guggelhopf! In Alsace we call it Kugelhopf! In fact, that's the pan I had at hand for my Savoy cake you see on the pictures😄 I know this one with dry fruits, didn't know you did it also with vanilla and chocolate, sounds like our marbré 😋

As I got to your calendar pages I was like “ooh that’s a pretty color palette!” And then remembered it’s very similar to the color palette I used for my April theme which was actually.. a bakery theme too 🙈😂 at the time I thought I was random for picking it but haha great minds think alike? I’m sure people would think I copied you haha but we have very different styles! so yours was very refreshing and beautiful to watch be created! Looking forward to watching more of your videos 😊

Le gâteau de Savoie j’ai l’impression que c’est la même chose que le pão de Ló portugais que ma maman fait, c’est trop bon t’as l’impression de manger de la mousse 😍 sinon pour faire du sugar topping en coloriage, tu colories dessous avec ta couleur de gâteau et après tu fais plein de petits pointillés en allant vite avec un posca blanc ou un gel pen blanc en laissant un peu de vide pour que la couleur dessous se voit, ça rend trop bien, je fais ça tout le temps dans mes lives de coloriage quand il y a des biscuits ou un gâteau à colorier.
Ah oui ça a l'air d'être la même recette! 🤤 Ta maman est portugaise? C'est drôle parce que quand je suis allée au Portugal, j'ai trouvé qu'on aurait dit qu'il y avait eu des pâtissiers qui avaient voyagé entre la France et le Portugal et il y a pas mal de choses similaires, mais ils auraient pu s'arrêter en Espagne quand même! 😆Ici il n'y a pas autant de tradition pâtissière.. Figure-toi que j'y ai pensé, aux pointillés blancs, mais je me suis dit que ça allait être tout pâle comme page, alors j'ai cédé à la tentation du chocolat 😆 ça fait d'une pierre deux coups!

🥐 Tarte aux fraises (ou n’importe quelle tarte aux fruits rouges ou fruits des bois 🤤) Franchement la France me manque pas de manière générale mais des fois la nourriture oui beaucoup. Ici en Suisse leurs pâtisseries natives sont immondes (la tarte raisinée, mais pourquoi 😩🤦♀️), et quand tu essayes d’acheter des pâtisseries françaises c’est la cata ils savent pas faire, et puis ils ont tendance à ajouter des glaçages random partout mais au secours 😩
🤣pareil! Ici il y a quelques bonnes pâtisseries il faut reconnaître, mais souvent c'est super épais et plein de chantilly ou alors une couche de sucre sur tout. et le pain oublie...
