Thanks James for another great video. I agree that small details are sometimes left-out on your videos, but nonethless these missed details can always be seen if the seller provides one of those virtual walk-throughs if someone wants to get into more detail with the spots that you may have missed on your video. I always prefer the live videos myself. I also do some video editing on the side and I can attest that it takes a long, long time to upload the file into youtube, especially if your files are between 8-15GB. That can take forever!! Keep these great videos coming! It's the only closest thing that we can use to imagine ourselves walking through these beautiful homes in person and imagining what it would be like to own one someday, even from far away especially during this pandemic time. Probably my only suggestion is to maybe mix-up the background track a little bit to add some variety to your videos. Thanks!
I applaud your rebate strategy, but regarding your videos... sometimes you spend too much time showing the same room and forget important details, like the master closet or the backyard in this one. The house is wonderful though, and the interior designers have made a great job. Kudos to WestBay and I wish you'll close a lot of deals.

I have found that when I show walk in closets or parts of the house that isn’t the main room it makes the video so much longer that viewership drops. Plus if you know anything about high quality video files it take roughly 3-4 hours just to upload a video to TH-cam. Where talking 8 to 15 GB. Keep in mind I’m not a cinematographer, I am learning but not a professional at it. I generally will video a model after an appointment with a client if I can squeeze it in. I will usually video the back if there is a pool. I try to spend extra time in the kitchen especially if it’s magnificent, and the master bedroom and the master bath because those are the three most important areas to my clients in general.
