Sign up for my free "5-Bullet Friday" newsletter: go.tim.blog/5-bullet-friday-yt/ Every Friday, I send out an exclusive email with the five coolest things I’ve found (or explored) that week. It could include exclusive giveaways or chances to interact with me, books, gadgets, albums, articles, new hacks/tricks, and - of course - all sorts of weird stuff I dig up around the world.
I love this format. An efficiently delivered, immediately usable piece of information, that ultimately draws me back into perusing and listening to the current podcast episodes (that I otherwise may have missed).
It's not what you look at that matters, it's what you see. I have found that my attitude in life makes all the difference. I have had a stark reminder of this as I have been starting my meditation and study music TH-cam channel. There have been ups and downs, and my attitude has been vital.
Discipline breeds discipline. So simple and so true. You don't need to make giant leaps in your progress. It's amazing the compounding effect of small incremental improvements in the things you focus on.
This is the kind of value I was hoping for when I subscribed to your channel, bought Tools of Titans and the 4 Hour Work Week. Not to mention all that you've shared about microdosing and creativity. I hope to have the same kind of impact on other people as you have on me Tim. Keep bringing on guests that add to that wisom. Much love.
"I hope to have the same kind of impact on other people as you have on me Tim." This is what I love about all the inspiring people on TH-cam and the internet overall. Obviously each person being able to better themselves is an amazing thing, but what's incredibly uplifting to me is seeing those people then feel the urge to pass that newfound knowledge onto others. I find myself doing the same. A lot of my friends and family just naturally end up picking up on new good habits I've learned, or new ways of thinking. I'm immensely grateful to be able to hear from all these amazing people =)
He's blind but sees more than a lot of people do with fully functional vision. 1: Practice does not make perfect, perfect practice makes perfect. 2: Discipline breeds discipline.

His documentary was one of the best. The fact he became a card mechanic and blackbelt in karate while blind is amazing.
Whaaat?!
@@afringedweller ya he's totally blind
Oh shit I didn't know he was blind. Amazing.
@@brandonpaavola5634 Then why, at 0:34, did he say, "I see it in my industry, all the time." ???

Two of my favorite person in one video... That's all I needed to see...
Amazing advice. Focus on the right thing and discipline.
Richard Turner: "I see it in my industry all the time"
got me laughing
Wise words from a legend...
He's more badass than most young people I know.
Practice makes permanent
Perfect practice makes perfect..hmm...interesting takeaway from this video!!!

At some point it would be nice a void that goes into more detail on Perfect Practice.
Did anyone else notice when he said he “sees” this in his industry all the time?
👍
I agree but what he says sounds like bullshit even though his actions say something else
What do you mean by "it sounds like bullshit"?
If he is blind why is his eyes not rolling in his head?
100 million times = ~7,000 per day for 40 years....Not convinced.
he is practicing every day for 10 hours +, so the 100 mil is probably too low
Watch his documentary on Netflix...quite good
