@@diogoa14 yes screen is clean, sometimes glench or not allowing me to change the station or turning back arrow not work and when reverse the car parkpilot diagram on screen if I press X sign not work as well.

Have you tried cleaning the screen?
Sometimes the dirty screen can make the touchscreen not work well.
