- To my knowledge this is the first ever recorded world conquest in RTW in one sitting. It took 73 minutes and 32 sec. There where painfully many mistakes that need to be corrected one day.
Rome Total War is one of my favorite games. It's one of the best titles in the Total war series. Being able to speedrun it makes it come alive once again. I hope someone can take the record so it can be pressured down even further. Sub 50 is possible.
This can be seen as a guide with tips and tricks on how to get better at Rome: total War.

Thanks, I was very surprised to see that the Seleucids had survived for such a long time. I wonder how they succeeded to stay afloat for so long.
normally the seleucid empire gets destroyed first
Usually Seleucid’s get their arses whipped by time traveling Egypt.
That auto resolve bar doesnt know its own odds
Didn't expect the Seleucids to be the last remaining faction, they're usually one of the first to fall.

i remember playing this during covid for a month every day, around 100 hours total to conquer whole world and this man does it in one sitting...

Scary to think Briton can take all the world in about 30 years. My best was around 150 B.C. as SPQR.
Auto resolve bug with chariot general and on easy / easy difficulty. You could du the same with Egypt as well.
Try it on very hard / very hard. Things will turn out differently.

@@infantilepillock1687 To be fair I would rather see someone take 4-5 hours to do it on VH/VH, easy difficulty is pointless for anyone with over 2 hours in the game. I'd even consider VH/VH with 0 exploits to be ridiculously easy, but it's the best we can get for this game. I wish they allowed AI scripting on Remastered, but it's the same crap.

So is it a glitch you're exploiting when you open the overview tab before an autoresolved battle and you win it regardless of relative strength? That's very cool, I had no idea about that; I always just used the "auto_win" cheat 😂
How is auto battles still winnable against army bigger tha yours

Yeah, but he "only" did the long campaign. This is the whole world. Still crazy though.
