I love that BD-1 can hack 1:18 Imperial Probe Droids and 1:11 KX-series Security Droids.
Why have them as enemies if we can have them as allies.

Because they didn't want to turn it into a horror/gorey game. There's a mod on nexus mods that lets you decapitate the troopers after killing them, it's horrifying.

Imagine a modern M rated Star Wars game with light saber decapitations and gore. It’d be the most profitable game ever, but u can’t ever do that. The game is for little kids, and if little kids can’t buy it (or parents don’t let them) it does not make money. And not making money is 10000x worse than not making a fun game that is realistic to comics/basic lore
