    OMG…My father’s side of the family is from Allendale, and I have a number of relatives still living there. I’ve visited that city three times in my adult life, and it always struck me as being impoverished, so I can attest to much of what this brother is saying. However, because of this video, I now know the reasoning behind my feelings. I feel saddened by this revelation.

    Allendale and Fairfax dried up because of the interstate system. They were good towns becuse they were the main ways (hwy 301 & 321) were major travel routes. Interstate system killed their economies

  • @BlackAmericanHomeland
    @BlackAmericanHomeland 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    The concept of a "Black American Homeland" or "Super Majority Black Region of States" refers to the idea that Black Americans, as a distinct ethnic group, should have Super Majority Population and Political Control of a Region of States within the United States where they can exercise US Constitutional powers and control state institutions. This idea is based on the principles of federalism and the 10th Amendment, which gives states the power to regulate intrastate commerce and control their own institutions.
    Demographically, the region would be composed of 8 southern states including North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas and Tennessee. The population would be around 50 million, with 80% being Black Americans, 15% White, 3% Hispanics and 2% Asian. The land area would be 380,000 square miles and the GDP would be $2.8 trillion.
    In this proposed region, Black Americans would control the three branches of power, with 8 Black governors, 16 Black US Senators, 10,000 State Legislatures & State Senators, 70,000 other State & Local Elected Positions and 82 electoral college votes, if it is deemed necessary we would rewrite the State Constitution in each of those States. They would also regulate intrastate commerce and control state institutions such as the supreme court, state and local courts, state and local police departments, public school systems, prison systems, regulatory boards and commissions, state universities and colleges etc.
    The vision and concept for this region was founded by Frederick Delk, who advocates for Black Americans to consolidate and fortify 80% of their population, or 40 million people, into the 8 states southern region for Super Majority. The remaining 20%, or 10 million Black Americans, can stay in the other 42 states.
    The Black American Homeland would offer Black Americans the opportunity to exercise their constitutional powers, control state institutions, and establish their own structural systems. They would also have control over critical infrastructures, territory-land and a hierarchy of authority with defined borders and powers and rights written in the US Constitution. Additionally, charter Black-owned corporations, Banks and financial institutions could be established.
    To achieve this, Black Americans would need to establish their own Black American Political Party to control several states. This party would consist of five factions: Black Nationalism, Black Conservatives, Black Centrist/Moderates, Black Progressives, and Black Liberals.
    It's important to note that this is not called separation, but rather a supermajority population or veto-proof majority. Black Americans can take a supermajority population and political control of several states legally, legitimately, and orderly through peaceful democratic means.
    In addition to the 8 Black governors, 16 Black US Senators, and 82 electoral college votes, the proposed Black American Homeland would also have 66 Black congressmen and 10,000 state representatives and State Senators. This would provide a significant level of political representation and decision-making power for the Black community within the region.
    With this level of representation, Black Americans would have the ability to shape policy and legislation at all levels of government, from the local level to the federal level. This would allow for the creation of policies and laws that specifically address the concerns and needs of the Black community within the region.
    One of the key benefits of this political representation would be the ability to address systemic issues such as racial discrimination, poverty, and educational disparities that disproportionately affect Black Americans. Furthermore, having a significant number of Black politicians in positions of power would serve as a representation of the community's interests in government and would increase the visibility of Black Americans in the political sphere.
    Moreover, the Black American Homeland would have its own defined borders and powers and rights written in the 8 States Constitutions. This would provide a sense of autonomy and self-determination for the Black American population within the region, while still being a part of the United States.
    It's also worth noting that having a Super Majority Black Region of States would also provide economic opportunities for Black Americans. This would allow for the creation of new businesses, jobs, and wealth within the region. Additionally, charter Black-owned corporations and financial institutions could be established, which would serve as a source of investment, capital and financial services for the Black community.
    In conclusion, the proposed Black American Homeland or Super Majority Black Region of States would provide a significant level of political representation and decision-making power for the Black community, as well as economic opportunities and autonomy within the region. While the implementation of this idea would likely face significant opposition and would be complex, it would provide a potential solution for addressing the systemic issues that disproportionately affect Black Americans.

    If you’re in SC and support Jim Clyburn over Marcel Dixon, something is seriously wrong with you

    • @MatteBlack2024
      @MatteBlack2024 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      As a non-resident of SC who observes politics, I have seriously questioned how a long-standing, apparently powerful US Black legislator could remain in power in one of the worst states in terms of quality of life indicators. Why do the residents continue to vote for him? It baffles me.

    • @SuperKenndog
      @SuperKenndog 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      @@MatteBlack2024 it shows the cognitive dissonance of the voters. In this case, mostly black voters. Congress generally has single digit approval ratings, yet generally get universally re-elected. Makes zero logical sense

    • @MatteBlack2024
      @MatteBlack2024 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      @@SuperKenndog I agree. Additionally, long-term politicians like Clyburn can be very effective at suppressing opponents - including with resources from national part organizations and big-name politicians. This can render a failure of the system to produce choices for voters. In any case, Clyburn has always stood out to me because of the clear contrast between his power and the condition of his district. How can he smile in the faces of those people while knowingly co-signing the very institutions, laws, policies and PEOPLE that keep them impoverished? It’s just baffling. I hope Mr. Dixon is able to both run an effective campaign and win against an “institution” such as Clyburn but honestly, I would fear literally and figuratively for his life if he does. THAT is the inherited state of modern America.

Forever and always a Republican state. How many know of this man? People are complacent and unless they know them fully they will just stick with what they know.
