Having watched an alternative preview Jeff Siegel believes Senior Officer is quite likely to be scratched but won't be officially confirmed until the morning of the race. Bizarrely Winterfell was made 3/1 fav in the early market which made zero sense! I have Raging Torrent 8/1 EW from early market. He hated being inside and taking kickback in the BC Sprint and now gets the cosy outside draw + has the best form in the field over 7 furlongs....

@TurfAndTouchdowns The scratch of Bentornato certainly didn't hurt but I genuinely believe Raging Torrent would've won regardless. 25P rule 4 but still a nice win. It's always a huge positive to draw outside on a speed horse that hates kickback as they don't have to be gunned to the lead and can stalk while staying completely clean.
