To everyone whose device still does not work. Turn it off, try turning it upside down for 10 seconds. Clean if a little water leaks somewhere and return it to its normal position. Plug it in and it should work. Before, the device only lit up and sounds were heard. But there was no smoke. When we did this, it worked. To be honest, it's not the same model as in the video, but it's all similar. All the best, greetings.

Wowwww! Tip #1! I even had a suspicion that it needed to be wet and I kept it in the unit with the water just sitting there for 2 days! and it didn’t work! ONLY when I took it out and soaked both ends for a few seconds it worked!! I even tried to return it but they wouldn’t take cus it’s a cheap store! There was a whole adventure with that whereas all that was needed to add to the instructions was to SOAK the tube!! 😵💫😵💫😵💫
The operating instructions in our manual all explain about soaking the cotton filter inside the tube, perhaps the instructions from different manufacturers vary.
you can check the inner diameter of the tube in your product. Then, refer to the inner diameter to buy a spring that can fit inside. The height of the spring should be around 1cm, in a compressed state is approximately 2-3mm. A simpler solution is to use a spring from a pen as a substitute, and it should work fine in most cases.
It could be due to poor contact in the power supply section, or the touch switch being either insensitive or overly sensitive, resulting in multiple accidental touches that caused it to shut down directly.
A feasible solution is to contact the seller for product replacement or replacement of parts. Since we cannot ascertain the product specifications, we are unable to recommend replacement part options to you.
Issue 7: I suspect that the very small diaphragm holes of the atomizer head get clogged easily, especially if using ANY kind of fragrance oil, or plain (instead of distilled mineral-free) water. Worst case: the small container of water runs dry and there is just the sticky oil left getting sucked up (recognizable by a colorization of the wick at the top end - havoc is guaranteed. My cheap China humidifier (looking very similar to this one shown here) gave up working after a mere 50hrs or so. I tried all known 'issue' remidies with no success. I even completely disassembled the unit, tried to clean the two 'speaker' diaphragms carefully, used a brandnew cotton wick, all in vain. It is NOT the electronics, it is the ultrasonic head that is the weakest design spot.There is nothing you can do when it starts sputtering or failing completely. All left is to avoid this cheap Chinese crap with a lifetime of a few hours..
