Fun Fact: Alya means sky. So in a way FitzSimmons named their daughter after Daisy.
Pure coincidence though considering the fact that Alya was Simmons favorite star system since she was a child, Long before she met Daisy. And their child's name was set in stone since the moment Deke revealed the name of his mother.
@@CarlosHuiskens but the character was named Skye long before Simmons's favorite star was revealed... Like, if this was a real story you'd be right that it's a coincidence but this is fiction o.0 the writers definitely did it on purpose
@@ephy9590 But that's the thing. You shouldn't look at it like fiction. You should take real world logic and apply it to the show. Of course if we look at it from a fictional point of view then almost everything is done on purpose. So the writers probably knew that Alya and Skye both mean sky depending on which origin of the name we're talking about. And they knew we as fans would pick up on this little Easter Egg.
But if we set aside the notion that its fiction and look at it from the characters point of view it becomes clear that Fitz and Simmons did not name their child after Daisy. But a lot of people are going around these comments saying that she did name her child after Daisy while technically the writers did and not Simmons herself.

I was crying after their daughter showed up. 136 the combination on briefcase, this was the 136th episode. This was ending that we deserved to an end of an era. Now put them in MCU movies/shows especially Coulson.
Yes! The movies tragically underuse the TV stars. I want Coulson in there and Daisy at the very least. Daisy could be in something like Guardians or any of the upcoming cosmic movies considering what she's doing in Shield right now! Fitz Simmons too as the most genius scientists working for shield, surely they can help on a great scale in the movies. Also I know the Netflix shows aren't as closely linked as AoS but not to try and get Kingpin (Vincent D'Onofrio), Daredevil and maybe some others into the MCU, especially in the Spiderman movies, as hopefully those movies become more serious and darker in tone.
Deke, once again, proving he's the best. Sousa's great, but Deke's kindness, loyalty, and heart are what make him one of my favorites. Truthfully, he deserved so much better, but at least he's in a timeline where people appreciate him.
Deke made it out with a lot. He's got knowledge of the future to exploit and is a rock star and new leader of shield. Plus he's a fitz level tech genius so I imagine he'll be able to fix the quantum realm device to visit everyone in their timeline at some point.
Dana says- Your reaction to May's "The Cavalry!" line was me. I loved that Ming wanted that line in to show that she'd made peace with what she had to do in Bahrain and could now celebrate what truly made her The Cavalry. She is my favorite character on SHIELD, though I dearly love them all, and I'm so happy that she's happy. In my mind, they're all off living their best lives, and them having adventures and being a family will go on forever. That's what a great show finale allows it's fans to do. Oh, I learned yesterday that 'Alya' in Arabic means heaven or SKY. This show, man. It has been an amazing ride. Thank you for the years of great reactions. Mission accomplished, Agent Brittany.

Everyone questions why Fitz-Simmons daughter has blonde hair, well if you go back to Season 4 Episode 12 Hot Potato, Fitz holds a picture of his mum and him (Actually Ian’s Mother in real life) and he had slightly blonde hair as a child, so its hereditary!

Daisy vs. Nathaniel Malick was badass. The visuals in the series finale were great. My favorite AOS villains are John Garrett, Grant Ward, Raina, Jiyaing, Gordon, Hive, Gideon Malick, Nathaniel Malick, Evil Fitz, Aida, Kasius, Rudy Hale, Graviton, Sarge, and Izel. I'm cool with the ending of AOS. I foreshadow Nathaniel Malick's ego was downfall this season.

Ironically, one of my favorite reaction to AoS that I love to quote is is something you said off-camera which was reported by the girls at Fandom Reactions when they were reacting to AoS in season 1 (while you were way ahead of them) and they said you came out of an episode in tears saying “I HATE this show... but I LOVE this show!”. The episode in my opinion was nearly a perfect 10. I'll honestly admit that i don't agree with the whole idea of ''This will be the last time we're in the same room together.'' Personally i think they should have clarified that it meant as members of the same team because its not likely they can't visit each other.

I am constantly amazed that even knowing this was the last episode, with all the 'last mission' warnings, not one person thought it might be a *happy* ending for our team. I would even argue that S5 was the end of the plot, and S6/7 was setting up the retirement plan for everyone.

I love how everything came full circle this finale was amazing! Can't belive both Arrow and Shield ended this year. Everyone was so different when the show started now look at em, all doing the same job just seperately. And this is just a nit pick the baby of Fitz and Simmons is so cute but shy is her hair different color lol all. Maybe Jemma's mom is blonde ?
She inherited it from Fitz I believe. He was bright blond when he was younger which is seen in a photo of himself and his mother. Like her dad, it’ll probably turn brown as Alya gets older which happens to many blond haired babies.

I enjoyed the episode but the one thing I didn't like was how Sibyl was taken care of. May just drops down, calls herself the Calvary (which I liked), and that was the end of her. May should have kicked her ass more. I mean we had to suffer with her smugness through out the season and that's how she's taken out? she deserved worse then that.

@@REYTRACER no, Ward wasn't exactly a main villain in any of the first three seasons; he was more of a secondary antagonist. It's pretty weird though to think that in a sense Ward was the overall villain of Season 3, but Hive just used him as a vessel
@Amadeus _03 it's not about how powerful Aida is. It's about the storyline and character development that came out of her, all very well acted and performed by Mallory Jansen.
Regarding the Season 4 finale, i don't see how is it the weakest of the season finales. It perfectly brings all the 3 main arcs together in one big emotional conclusion.
@Amadeus _03 pretty sure there was tension when Aida supposedly killed Simmons or if Mack and Yo-Yo were actually gonna die together in the Framework
@Amadeus _03 even then though, Mack was really kinda considering to die in the Framework instead of going back to the real world where his daughter isn't alive
