This is a 3D animation I made as a rendition of @kanepixels Backrooms series in which a lockdown of the Async research facility leaves two researchers stranded in the endless corridors of the backrooms.

So, I translated the morse code at the end, and it reads “DECEIVED” (i think) which means the guy is probably not out of the backrooms yet, maybe on another level.
We need more of these videos they’re really good

This is a video going from the Kane pixel's version of the backrooms, meaning there is currently one "level" discovered, AKA level 0 in the Wikidot lore. I don't think there are levels in Kane's lore, they might be. ones we have not discovered yet in the series. but I don't think it's another level.
Oh yeah, and by the way, the guy with the shotgun says earlier in the video: "Do not be deceived" which makes it look like he is still not out of the backrooms, as the word "deceived" has already been used talking about the backrooms

He wore the crown of the Bio-Men, and those that tasted the bite of his sword named him... the Room Slayer.
I love how the weapon was basically a super shotgun without the hook. (Or just a double barrel)

I think those are mold spores on the ground at 1:37.
Maybe the Morse Code translating to "deceived" means that the words "Good Ending" themselves are deceiving, suggesting that indeed our guy DID escape, but escaping back to the real world in this case was a VERY bad thing. at 1:37 when the scientist is waking up, it looks like there are mold spores on the ground around him. Near the beginning of the video, they are conversing about how they are both covered in mold spores and the threshold facility is locked down due to mold contamination, but as long as they don't take their suits off, they'll be fine. If indeed the scientist has escaped the Backdoors into the outside world, this is a BAD thing, as he has now infected Earth's ecosphere (air/water/plantlife) with this crazy mold that is already shown growing around him at 1:37, and indeed his escape is a Bad Ending. In his escape, our scientist has unwittingly doomed Earth with unstoppable mold.

I believe that it means that he "escaped" into a false world that looks, seems, and feels like the real world, but is actually just another Backrooms level that he will eventually transition out of and back into a more clear Backrooms level

1:16 - - - I particularly enjoy the way the camera reveals the gun. The strange angle on the open cabinet door mixed with the sounds and a quick cut after a full reveal is just awesome.

This is honestly the perfect way to escape the backrooms for a reality that’s always been theorized to be influenced by the mind, killing thing that scares you most would naturally set you free. Fantastic film dude.

I love the usage of the song "Heartaches" at the end (the same song used in "It's Just a Burning Memory"). It seems to convey that while it may seem like he has escaped, it is only an illusion of the mind and how he is still trapped in the vicious cycle of phasing in and out of levels in the Backrooms.

I watched this like 5 days ago and It wasn't even on my mind that I watched this then suddenly I was the one in the backroom in my dream last night. That was really terrifying and waking up felt like the best feeling I had for a very long time.

Definitely good to see the humans fighting back against the "entities" for a change! Hopefully we'll see more of that in future installments.
If we want to make the entities that are not original as original as possible, we can call it entity 1. Because the looks of entity 1 vary, I think. Entity 1 is original but rather unknown.

I find the ‘corporate’ nature of A-sync and what people bring to the backrooms to be far creepier (and more interesting) than the ‘monster’ stories.
For ONCE they brought a shotgun or something to defend themselves! I find that the only flaw in a flawless series made by Kane pixels. Also nice job making this :)
They actually didnt. If you didnt realize yet that monster used his abilities to decieve the guy onto try to kill him with the shotgun. So yeah no shotgun no defending himself only the bad ending.

Fairly new to the backrooms stuff but my god....it is so engaging and compelling. I really hope Hollywood doesn't get a hold of this. It has the potential to become something very special without them.

I personally think that the idea of the backrooms would be a lot scarier to me without the strange monsters- the presence of the monsters remove the feeling of pure loneliness and isolation, and create a feeling of danger. I personally believe that the isolation of the backrooms would be the most terrifying part. You would be all alone, likely to be trapped in a near infinite series of tunnels and hallways, without ever seeing another face, ever again.
I prefer like a mess of the universe, like a level you are on. a city having several natural disasters anywhere as well as a level full of freaks flying in the sky, as if it were a glitch in the universe itself
I think so too. Also, if the backroom made it so there was no bodily need for food, water, or rest. You would never get hungry or tired, forcing you to infinitely experience the void-like hell with no chance of escape by death or unconsciousness.
I agree. The endless ennui of damp carpet and fluorescent lights and endless endless megalithic structure is my favorite part. Maybe even your hunger and thirst disappearing, maybe even the need to breath.
Honestly the monsters are not as scary and turn it into one long jump scare.
i think the best version was where the only monster is the thing that appears just outside your vision that you can only catch glimpses of but can never get a good look at, specifically where it doesnt attack or do anything
I like the idea of the monsters, but I think they should only ever be seen "out of the corner of your eye." That sort of thing. You know something's there, but you never quite see it. You'd never know 100% whether something was going to come for you or not, so you'd never be at ease.
They need to be carrying weapons even before going into the Backrooms. Clear out the anomalies and use it as storage.

Great stuff. Why is the music at the end so haunting? It's like the style of music from the 1950's but in a digital/electronic style. I'm 54 years old and have kept up with the technology and internet all these decades and it is incredibly interesting to see how things have evolved over that span of time. This Backrooms horror is one of the most unique story/world creations I've seen in all this time. It will be interesting to see where it continues to go.
That's Heartaches, and it's used in the darkest ambient album of all time. I'm afraid to even mention which one since TH-cam would recommend it to me again, but it's split into six parts and very long.
The original song is actually from the 40's, but it's remixed.

FUN FACT: The Morse code at the end of the animation deciphers to “DECEIVED” meaning that the scientist probably did not exit and he is just simply being deceived by his surroundings. ( or it could be a reference to what the scientist says at 0:36, or it’s both 😈)

Has escaped, but he is still in the backrooms, he is being decieved by his surroundings, he is now in a new level of the backrooms, everyone thinks that the backrooms are just that level, the moist, empty, yellowed back rooms of an office, but they are much more
"DECEIVED" could also mean that, in a 4th Wall breaking sense, deceiving us, the viewers, that it is a good ending with the blatant text on-screen, seemingly cheery music, and seemingly looking like he escaped.

What I love about the backrooms is the effectiveness of a simple concept that can soar to impressive heights, this thing has blown up in such a cool avalanche of amazing content like this video. Amazing stuff
im not gonna lie, the backrooms was way more menacing without all the monsters and stuff. Just being in a desolate, vast and seemingly infinite place is terrifying enough
I personally enjoy the monster idea, but not showing them. I like the idea that something could be around the corner, but no one has ever lived to describe it.
There’re certainly far too many instances now where we see monsters, because it loses that sense of endless waiting and dread.. If we think a monster will be around within the next 13 hours, that’s not nearly enough time to fear starvation go dehydration, the gross things you’ll have to do to prolong your life (eating your own refuse, which actually doesn’t help humans much since we have very efficient intestines), the odds of going insane due to loneliness, the stages of grief you may or may not survive, death,, etc.
