If you went back a century and told people that it was still either Labour or the Tories in 2019 they would want to know what went wrong.

Our voting system is a great advert for Proportional Representation. If we had that instead of First Past the Post the main parties would be finished and more voices would be heard.

While I have to admit I quite like Boris Johnson what we really need in this country are policies which really help the normal person in the street. Over the past decade there has been too much austerity in the UK and too many cutbacks to pubic services and to the support many towns need. The UK should be a caring country looking after the weak and the unfortunate and the rich people should help to pay for that. Everyone who wants to be able to work should be able to and if they don't have the skills to work they should be supported in getting them so that they can contribute to the economy. There is another way to voting conservative. Done believe much of the press either. You have to understand that they are supported by big business which has a vested interest in reducing workers rights and making your life harder..

Brewster millions, Vote None of the above, all parties have spoken some kinda BOLLOX.
I'd love to take the Brexit policy from the Brexit party, and it's immigration policy.
Then the NHS policies from the Labour party, and it's regards for the disabled and housing, but NOTHING from the conservative.
But FFS someone's gotta sort out Londonistan, and Sadiq Kahns gotta GO NOW.

I don't understand what you like about Labour's policies, they think spending billions more will be the only way to sort out the NHS, on the disabled they think everyone who pretends to be disabled are fine and on housing bringing in immigration won't help.

Yes because an independent need a team if ministers, who understand one another...you cant do anything particularly well if everything's on your own shoulders...

The guy in my constituency is bound to win anyway no matter under which party banner. It s probably a good thing. Need to get away from party politics.

That's probably why the Tories got so many votes this time- everyone's like "just get on with Brexit" and forgot to listen to the rest of the manifesto.
    So that's great.
