Congratulations, Johnny, on getting your first drive in the TR6. With all the frustration you have had to endure recently, (we've all been there) it must be gratifying to see the project progressing once again. Too bad about the brake situation. At least now you know you have dependable brakes. That rear panel looks fantastic! Looking forward to your next installment. Cheers from Canada.
Hi, thanks for watching. Its hard to explain the frustration to someone who hasnt been through it. Ive wanted to give up so many times but I'm financially bound to this car. Its fighting me all the way to the finish
Looking great...sounding great. I know what you mean about pealing away the masking after painting. It always makes the job look real when you can see the final results.
George, my brother saved the day. It takes a very experienced mechanic to notice such a subtle thing like the position of the bleed nipple. The white walls are a love it or hate it thing. I quite like them but Ive no doubt that when someone else owns it one day, they'll swap them over
Hi Johnny seeing you pull out of the garage I said to myself hope it doesn’t cut out on him and he’s there on his own 😮 looking good love the wheels 🛞 👍
Looking great Johnny and congrats on the first drive! Question for you…on the rear wheel cylinders that you installed, did you put on the 3 locking plates behind it? I though you’d be saying a few bad words about them so just wondered?
Those 3 locking plates are a nightmare. its the worse design Ive ever come across. They were really fiddly to get on, but I thought I'd spare everyone my grievances 😆
Well done, and always good to have a brother at hand! looking very crisp, you look good driving it!!!!
I owe him quite a few favours. Maybe I'll offer to paint the garage for him in the summer hahah
Love the wheels and tyres. Good choice 👍
Wow, you certainly made some big steps today mate. It looks fantastic and sounds like a WW2 Aircraft!
Hahahaha. I said exactly the same thing to my brother. I felt like I was flying a spitfire. New exhaust on its way 😄

Well, I fitted the back lights today. I can't tell you how happy that made me 🤣
Wow, It looks fantastic and sounds great!!!!!!! You certainly made some big steps today, mate. Like a RollsRoyce.
Hi Artemus. Its sounding like a tractor at the moment but a new exhaust will sort that out soon
Blessed with a good brother….. Well done …. Turn the white walls in !

Hello Johnny,
The wheels look great... I always want those white wall tyres for my Daimler coupe, maybe one day.
Take care.
Paul,,
Daimler coupe eh? Now thats a proper classic and pretty rare too, I'd love to see you incorporate it into one of your videos one day.
It's looking sharp, and it's great to see it under its own power! (at least a little bit)
I dont want to sound too optimistic but I think Ive finally turned a corner. This car has really tested my perseverance.

It had to happen. |This car is fighting me all the way 😄

Hi did the brake bleeding kit you got from Amazon work well?
Hi,
Yes it worked perfectly for a cheap little kit. I'm sure it will come in handy again
Is the exhaust connected it sounds really loud.
It is connected but it is broken about half way down. I'll be putting on a stainless steel one soon
