I’m just curious when I 1st got saved I watch sis Linda testimony and immediately fear took over I threw away everything I had the would condemn me for hell fire even all my jewels. Watching this video I see sis Linda wearing a hand watch, isn’t that part of jewelry as well? Or she’s only wearing it to tell time? Or is there no clock in the church? Honestly I’m just curious, if anyone is able to address these questions properly please feel free thank you!
Where is it written that one should not wear gold or silver watch? Don’t put your self in unnecessary bondage. The Bible says without holiness no man shall see the Lord, many have made Church rules to be the commandment of God. Jesus promised in John 14:26 that when the Holy Ghost is come, He will teach us all things. The church leaders need to teach their members how to grow spiritually and receive the Holy Spirit who will lead them to know and obey the truth of the word of God. The problem we have in many Holiness Churches today is that we emphasize so much on the outward appearance while the heart is full of anger, lust, unforgiving spirit. Wearing turtleneck without love cannot take anyone to heaven. Once the heart is truly transformed, it will reflect in our outward appearance. May God help us.
