Baili Weisheng stands up for Lige (gotta love that boy)and goes to ask him personally. When Lige says he never thought of anyone but himself surely we all know that isn't true. I think since he just says he did all those things and allows those who care for him to blame him and label him as bad then something is going on. He must be sacrificing in a hidden manner (not obvious to us) to somehow protect those he cares for. It would be just like him to protect the ones he loves. Just my thoughts.
It was a miserable family, where the kids would look at other siblings and wonder how they were so close emotionally. The father sold the daughter to an ugly old man, when she was killed they continued working with the alliance with the father of the guy who killed her, and the husband who didn't care about her death. The son had loyalty, backbone and brain, but he too was arrogant. I haven't seen the full episode yet, but it seems like the son wasn't backstabbed for real by his men.
I just don't think Lige killed Haonan even though it appeared he did. It seemed to me he wanted to trick Tiange. He also let her go so that would make no sense. Haonan was wounded and captured by Tiange and not Lige but Qianqian blames everything on Lige. Lige even asked Tiange to release her. If he was so terrible then why let her go? Beiyue is condemning him also but since it was his beloved friend that he has heard was killed by Lige and Lige always seemed to compete for the love of Ziqing he is probably biased against him anyway. I just don't believe Lige is evil. I am biased since I have long admired his love and sacrifices/sufferings for Ziqing. Perhaps I somehow like those white haired heroes, lol. Lost you Forever with Tian Jianci (he had white hair as the demon) made me crazy for that white haired demon. I hope this will not end the same way.
