I live in Southern California but I wish I could attend Hungry Gen in person. I love the preaching. It’s so on point and balanced. They are bold and unafraid of talking about spiritual warfare. Yet they are just as bold about purity and holiness. So good. God is truly blessing this church.

4 most common strongholds of church going Believers
1. Believeing the devil is stronger than he is
2. Offense and church hurt
3. Lust and immorality
4. Shame and condemnation

I do not understand how you are preaching that we don’t know the devil was physically there. It literally says “Satan came to him” and then it says “Satan took him” No where in scripture does it say that Satans voice can take you places, no where in scripture does it say Satan can send his voice to an area where he isn’t present. He can send his legions to whisper his thoughts but this scripture specifically says Satan. We know Satan is not omnipresent, if we believe everything the Bible says that makes it impossible for him to not physically be somewhere when the scripture literally says that he’s there…. I completely understand the point that is being made but isn’t it best that we don’t twist what scripture says to make a point?
Other than that spot on and facts up to the point where I have listened which is 21:21 in.

Can’t tell you how much this sermon blessed me. I’ve struggled with intense strongholds for 20+ yrs, I pray I for the Lords strength to seek and apply this. I believe it’s no accident that I came upon this sermon. 🙏🏻

Good preaching, brother. I particularly appreciated that you stress that there are good and bad strongholds. When I synthesize what you are saying, I see that we destroy a bad stronghold by building up its opposite good stronghold (by memorizing appropriate scripture, meditating on it in your heart, and responding to attacks with appropriate scripture).

Amen! This sermon is a blessing to me, as I've struggled with painful strongholds for two consecutive years. It reminds me of the importance of breaking the chain. The hardest part of my journey is "the breaking moment". But still fighting on, trusting Him while journeying through the process.
