Humans have a choice in doing things right or wrong. If you do wrong, you do not belong in our society. You belong in jail. Chimps, on the other hand, are instinct. Are you kidding? That's such an ignorant statement! There's no such thing as a bad dog there are lots of bad owners! Pit bulls are only as dangerous as the person who raises them. These dogs have the worst reputation and it's only due to stupidity they are highly sensitive and very intelligent. In fairness chimpanzees might not adhere to human morality but I hate it when people call them evil. True, they kill their own, but chimpanzees also can form loving bonds. They care for the crippled members of their community, exhibit loyalty. Females can adopt babies who aren't their own, males sometimes adopt orphaned babies too. Chimpanzees are capable of beautiful emotions.

    • @sirisrex7542

i think its also that they are smart enough to act with malice. a chimp's intention is more than just to kill, they will castrate you, bite your fingers off and wear your face. And yeah, we spent the majority of our history in competition with other hominids and have an instinctual understanding that our "level" commits atrocities on a different scale than the rest of the animal kingdom. Most predators just do what is necessary but intelligent creatures have deeper motivations like revenge, hate, dominance

Animals are not here for the entertainment of humans. Unfortunately humans are so selfish they put unnatural demands on wild animals and expect a show. I feel so sad for animals in zoos that can't live a normal life. We also infringe on animal habitats and kill animals when they eat crops or attack a human that is living on what was once their territory. It's really a shame.

There is a factor common to both chimp attacks and orca attacks on people. As far as I know, it is only captive chimps and captive orcas that have been documented attacking people. Biologists who study purely wild chimps in the jungle have never been attacked, that I know of; and wild orcas have not been known to attack people, that I know of. When you force a wild animal to exist in an environment that is not its natural home, this can bring out pathological and sometimes aggressive behavior.

Wild chips attack people frequently, especially children. Dozens of children in Uganda have been killed or maimed by wild chimps. One man over there, when he was a little boy was playing with his baby brother when a chimp came and grabbed the baby. The brother tried to save the baby, but the chimp tore half of his face off before killing the baby and eating him. They are dangerous under all circumstances. When Goodall was studying them, they had to build a special double cage for their son; a cage within a cage with the space between the two cages longer than the reach of a male chimp.

He was passed maturity living like a human (not enclosed) never aggressive. Within a MONTH her husband died and shortly after the kids in an accident. So, shes grieving, obviously he must be but he didn't see them pass. So to him, they just are gone. How does he express any of it? My guess is her BFF who did know the chimp showed up. She had been walking towards him and the owner. She threw him a new toy. He pounced. I believe thinking he was protecting his only living family member. They maim immediately to prevent injury in the wild. After he was stabbed and shot multiple times he ran. He was found under his blanket head on pillow, in his bed. It's devastating for everyone involved and it's why they shouldn't be raised as permanent toddlers. They aren't killing machines, but they have the rep because of shows like that. 20 attacks recorded in the wild. It's not for us to take an animal w that brain, and capacity and decide we are its alpha. Chimps rarely attack owners, but if it attacks they all kill the same.

Wow that would have been our biggest mistake. We even had built a cage and had bandanas and fruits but we would have been caught by our parents and other friends if we had gotten away with that crazy mission.
