The cannoli are similar in shape but in the north we make them filled with custard while in the south they are filled with sugar, ricotta, candied fruit and flakes of dark chocolate (Sicilian cannolo)! Seeing you eat always makes me hungry and relaxed! 😘 bye

I would never abuse my body to that degree - there is a hidden element here: what happens to all that food once it’s in the body? Your blood sugar level escalates to an abnormal degree, a massive overproduction of insulin, the conversion of all that sugar to fat and storage of it throughout your body and don’t forget the war on your healthy gut micro biome. Once the balance of good to bad micro biome has happened EVERYTHING CHANGES in your body and your general feeling of well being, including your mental health can seriously go downhill!!!.
