What happens when you make code changes after first manual upload of packages? Do you need to repeat the process for each distribution of the app? Where does Fastlane come into play?
Why has versioning always been so annoying? I remember the VS add-in BuiltVersionIncrement and wondered why on earth that sort of thing wasn't built in.
so, if the apple certificate requires you to own a mac, that implies there is no way to build an ios app and install it into an actual iphone without owning a mac?

Given extension for version update doesn't work, in logs its looks fine but after build, it remain same

yup, there is no way, you can hackintosh but that's really a no go with xamarin
