i hate the you cant talk to adults rule, cuz she would have to speak to the property owner irl to lease the room
14:16 in stead of traveling to get food, you could just order some in. With base game you can get at least pizzas, and with Cottage Living you can also order ready made meal portions or ingredients.
Personally, I don't feel like the rule about not talking to adults really makes that much sense in this particular scenario. She doesn't seem to have any friends atm (even teens) and she will age up pretty soon anyway. But it's fine if you still wanna follow it.
well she's a runaway so she can't talk to them as a teen (cuz of being reported is what it said in the rules)
I’m only 2 min in so not sure if you figured it out, but you should be able to drop out of high school on the computer. It’s a feature that came with high school years! Also you should buy her the lunch box item, you can get quick meals out of it.
She couldn’t use the microwave bc your power is broken 😭😭😭
I also feel like you should make an exception for like landlords, and other workers so they could help feed and fix your stuff just let them and don’t talk to them maybe?

Tips, tricks, and ideas.
You can appraise the celebrity photos and they will become worth more.
If you open a capsule, the figurine inside could be valuable, same with the limestone.
You can sell the items you collect on your lot (lock your doors).
If you are renting, every appliance you repair will lead to a payout, as well as any upgrades.
There are teen jobs and odd jobs, but you'll be charged for a babysitter(rabbitholes).
Scavenging and crafting is profitable, and the photographer skill (max 5) increases the value of your pictures if you sell them from the wall, which offers fame points as well.
Sims environmental management is important. Bunnies can be used to scavenge. They can also be tossed out, along with other dust piles.
Cleaning your toilet and brushing your teeth increases mood and environs.
Once you get a degree or high skill, Enable phone>job offers. Take the bonus. Someone will offer you another job in a few days.
Spending and making money:
Use your phone: social, fun, friends, bills, skills, meals, repairs, photos...
1 hour? Heck yeah!

There is a setting in MCC that says Teens Quit School in the career area of the settings - I think you will have to either use a computer to quit or by clicking on your sim using the High School panel

Btw Javi is not pronounced the same as Harvey, there is no r. It’s usually short for Javier (my grandpa’s name, and a common name for Latinos). If I was born a male my mom planned on naming me Xavier (pronounced the same, she just likes the X 😆)

I have been having constant issues with my sims as of late. I am currently unable to enable script mods since my game options menu does not work. So seeing you have issues makes me feel less alone

You can talk to young adults not adults. Until you become a young adult.

I think when she ages up onto a young adult and Is able to talk to adults and elders that she should try to get a sugar daddy or something like that to get money
