I love it. Months ago you had a bitcoin guy on and you talked kinda negatively about it, talked about energy usage being terrible, just had a general hand waving attitude towards crypto. Now that you learned you can flip your own shitty nfts alongside all the other opportunists flocking into crypto and all you see are dollar signs and now its "who gives a shit". Where's your environmental concern now? Typical, people only want to shit on stuff they don't really understand, then when they can use it to monetize their fans it's "who gives a shit". Good one bud.
ps. I argued with producer Matt and others in that episode saying bitcoin was going to 50k minimum in 2021, the price was around 15k at that point. No one wanted to hear it, Matt just called me names and your independent thinker fans ganged up. Well update time, price hit 60k a few weeks ago and we're only in March. Confident its going to 150k+ this year.

@@TimHeidecker I completely agree with you, in real life I don't like talking about money outside of crypto, bragging about it is an instant turn off for me, tacky is the right word. I'm not bragging about how much I do or don't have. I'm just obsessed with the tech and the implications it has for average folks like you and me. Last thing I'll say is this.
The reason people like me are obsessed with it is because we understand how it frees a person from the traditional predatory system run by banks and govs, probably the two most corrupt institutions in our day to day lives. I literally can't think of anything cooler than being directly in charge of how much interest you earn (by the way its easy to get 10% on just plain dollars in crypto, banks give you .1%), where, when and how much you want to invest in something, being able to move your money 24/7 to anywhere in the world etc.
Finance and future tech isn't appealing to a lot of people, I get that, but in 5-10 years when half of the world is using this stuff people will wish they had gotten in sooner, that's all I'm saying. That's why us crypto bros come off as preachy, we want to share what is obvious to us that the world is 100% moving towards crypto and average folks have an opportunity to get in early and create wealth for themselves. I've gotten all of my immediate family and many close friends setup with accounts and its the best feeling in the world getting messages from them about how they can pay for school now or take a vacation with the money they've made. My retired, living off social security, lower middle class parents are close to paying off their mortgage just from crypto, zero chance they would have been able to do that otherwise. Absolute best feeling in the world. And they're not outliers, just being in this early almost guarantees you make crazy money.
People always complain about how the system is rigged, corps have all the power, the little guy can't win etc. Well this is it. You want to win, crypto is the place.
